Amazing advice, I have too noticed a deep laid back voice gets more attention. It also gives me time to listen and think without instantly responding. The problem is sometimes I get nervous, anxiety gets the best of me and my voice gets higher. Btw you’re 47? Can you share more advice 😂. What are some openers or topics to keep them interested?

Amazing advice. I have been dealing with a lot of anxiety and fear lately that I haven’t approached or met anyone new. Do you have any other sources like books to read about about this exercise? Thanks

This is completely true. Some don’t even know the true “meaning “ of what they got their bodies marked for life.

Wow now you edit it and add to it. Go bowhunt a deer, remove it's still warm heart and liver. Give thanks to the soul of the animal and the proper order of life as you hang the carcass , eat the pulsing vital organs and skin the body to allow you to continue being the DOMINANT LIFEFORM ON EARTH. Provide for your life and your family,. OR, go grow your soybeans. Faggot. Thought this sub was all about helping each other out improving ourselves. Instead you just bash on a post you know nothing abou…

I would consider the sources you're pulling from if you think it's cheaper, more ethical and has a lower environmental impact than eating meat. I'm gonna make no bones about it, I think you're wrong in saying that but always take in both sides. A quick google search will link you to thousands of sites all showing how much the animal agriculture affects the environment. I guess not butchering animals is more ethical? Yes cheaper, legumes are cheaper than meat. The benefits of meat are eating comp…

Alpha is about making up your own mind and standing by your beliefs. Thanks, that's the advice I'm looking for instead of replies of people who clearly know nothing about diet yet they try to advice on it.

Dude that's the best response you got?.

Yeah that's what I'm just starting to find out and it's fucking depressing. Just thought it was a good topic to talk about since everyone is here to "improve" themselves and not bash on people for a topic they know nothing about. Someone just asked me how I get my protein. So much for "lifting" but no nutritional knowledge.

Stop being "fed" this shit and do your own research. Dude, what makes you think I haven't done my research? I have been on a this diet for the past 10 years, I think by this time I should know more than you do. I would suggest you do some reading and research to better educate yourself on a topic you know nothing about before bashing on people. Tell me specifically about the "health benefits"? Too many to type, so here have a read. http://www.nursingdegree.net/blog/19/57-health-benefits-of-going…

Maybe, but I think it's also the stereotype of "vegans never taking enough protein". When I first started hitting the gym I had no problem packing muscle (it could have been newbie gains) and to this day I'm still seeing constant results. Better yet I'm seeing solid muscle and definition in muscles. Unlike the many typical "buff" or "bulky" guys with just fat arms but no muscle definition. It's not just about getting protein through meat, but cleaner and raw protein. And other things like vitami…

Can you explain what’s been positive and what are some of the pros? The only pro I can thing of is finding clothes in the kids section cheaper than the regular section.

Seriously it’s all about the free time. I worked from home for about three years and it was a constant battle of “this is the last time”. And it kept me from doing work and leaving everything for the last minute. I found another part time job and I can definitely say it’s not an addiction since I just don’t have as much free time as before. And i don’t feel like i have to do it. Find things to do on your free time like hobbies or martial arts or lift. Keep yourself busy.

Join a martial arts class. I was in the same situation after graduating all my friends bailed on me little by little. But I’m glad I found other people who were more mature and weren’t into the same “punk” lifestyle. I recommend looking for a gym with different martial arts classes you can choose from. You might like one better than the other and it also means more people. It will also help you get in shape and stay active.
