I mean you could have different requirements for desk work or investigations than for field cops. It's a pity to throw out a genius crimesolver because they can't run fast enough. 99% of the job is non-physical and many job roles don't ever get physical if I understand correctly.

I think they mean feeling pressured to seem unaffected and tough and independent when it really is okay to lean on others and admit to needing help or being hurt? My own dad had issues with always being the tough guy that never hurt, which caused huge issues for the entire family later when he couldn't admit to having issues that caused the entire family to have to fix his mess.

Some of the weirdest shit around immigration is even being changed, like stopping asylum seekers from getting jobs while they wait. The Sweden Democrats seem pretty extreme, but I appreciate the moderating influence they had on the other parties. (Still not as extremely far to the right as US democrats OR republicans, mind)
