| 1 | Fits hereI've definitely had a single customer take more than 10 minutes because of declined payments/large order/coupons/other reasons. The guy you're replying to is saying that if there are people in line, you're supposed to clear them out before you leave. That doesn't seem to be an entirely unreasonable expectation of a company as long as they're paying for the extra time.
