| 2 | If companies actually did pay women less for equal work, why would they hire men at all?Some police officer physical agility tests involve a 6 foot wall climb. Now, this isn't completely impractical, as some fences and other obstacles can be that high. One city (I can't remember off the top of my head - just the absurdity) had received complaints that the females couldn't pass the wall climb. So they removed that portion of the test.
