I read it a number of years ago. I did a google search and found this. http://menshealth.about.com/od/lifestyle/a/paternity.htm So it's a little more nuanced than my initial statement, but still. I also remember, in the original article, it was brought up that some doctors who perform paternity tests will flat out lie to the man and say the child is theirs when it's not because it's "in the best interests of the child."
