Does "single men" count men who have gone through a divorce and are paying child support? That would be a very significant factor here, I don't think I've ever met a divorced dad who wasn't destitute.

I have to admit, considering the way the West treats falsely accused men I can't blame them for jumping to the conclusion and just offing themselves. I know it's a dark thing to say, but look at how fucked the average man is after this sort of thing.

I hate to be the one to trot out the tired old argument, but imagine if this was a 13 year old girl locked in the back of a police car and getting forcefully groped by an adult man.

As far as I'm concerned, if someone hits my dog they forfeit any and all social privileges. Doesn't matter if they're a man twice my size or a woman half my size, they're equally a piece of shit and I will most likely do what I can to ensure they leave the scene in an ambulance.

Speaking as an Australian, I'm starting to see a lot of guys talking about men's issues more and more. It's very incremental, but it does seem to be happening among the working class. Most people here don't have time for screeching, self entitled SJWs and they hate the fact that the government listens to them.

Like others have said, he consented so there's no issue. If he didn't want to do it he should have ended their relationship. I do feel a measure of pity for him though, especially when she divorces him and leaves him with nothing, not even an intact penis.

Not a men's rights issue.

Female veterinarian graduates make less than male ones right out of the gate? That's terrible, you'd better report that to the Fair Work Ombudsman. You know, the organization that prevents wage discrimination by gender, as is dictated by Australian law?

I don't mind women choosing to work less hours, just don't expect the same paycheck. Stop expecting employers or the government to subsidize your laziness, if you want equal pay figure out a better share of the chores with your partner so that you can work the same hours. It's called equality, ladies. Get over it!

So they're a group of communists who consider their political opponents to be inferior and not deserving of the same rights. Nope, no historical parallels here, no siree!

Go fuck yourself, being a man doesn't mean rolling over and accepting unfair or bigoted treatment.

$250K a year, a $20k education fund and multiple financial contributions by the donor, and she can't afford to raise two kids? Ditch the lawyer and talk to a financial planner.

No, screw what your parents said. Strong enough to hit a man, strong enough to be hit BY a man. End of story.

What a joke, there needs to be serious reform to child support laws. It's time to at the very least impose a clear roof on how much someone can be made to pay, preferably somewhere around the same amount as they'd get from welfare. Also, if the father has been kicked out of he house, he should be able to disavow himself of the mortgage. She wants to keep living there, she can pay for it. I know there's an argument that the child's standard of living shouldn't decrease due to divorce, but that sh…

They were installed as part of a five year contract, which is about to expire. They may have only leased the equipment from the security company to save money.

I work for a private security company in Australia that does a lot of camera monitoring. Most security cameras are potatoes with worse resolution than a flip phone camera. The bottleneck is no longer recording format, it's bandwidth and increasing video quality gets VERY expensive very quickly. Combined with the fact that most businesses only have these systems in place to lower insurance premiums, it's just not cost effective to run expensive CCTV feeds everywhere on the off chance an offender …

I'm ashamed to say that I used to be a member of the Australian Greens, back in the Bob Brown days. I will still say that there are some good people in it, but I'm glad I stopped supporting a party with such (ironically) toxic leaders and ideaology.

I'm always amazed at how regressive this subreddit gets when it talks about men in prison.

Speaking as an Australian, I can tell you that there is a pushback in the works. We have SJW types at the company I work for, but many more average workers are becoming less and less tolerant of their crap. It's not just selection bias, everyday people with no interest in politics are slowly waking up to this garbage. We may not have seen the worst of it yet, but I think in a few years at most we're going to see a huge culture shift back towards sanity. SJWs exploit the fact that most people are…

There actually is an Australian Sex Party, financed by the porn industry. I would laugh if they fielded a candidate to oppose him.

Be sure to use their rhetoric and point out that she is committing cyber violence against a differently abled person. I won't be surprised if the rest of the SJWs eat her alive over this.

"Penetrative sexual assault"? This has deluth model written all over it. Just wait till a woman gets a guy drunk and rapes him, then has him sent to prison under this legislation.

Don't be an idiot, this guy is heading into a legal minefield and is seeking advice before he jumps in head first. Berating him for no good reason isn't helpful.
