Dumb question, but eau de parfume or toilette? And what's the difference?

My problem now is finding other people who make eye contact back. It's amazing how many cashiers (and people in general) never actually make eye contact.

Especially considering how much more attainable it is for women. They just have to stop eating so much shit to look good. Becoming a muscular guy requires many hours of hard work each week, as well as a strict diet.

Asda probably actually wants work done in the warehouse, so no, they shouldn't offer them a job there. They need people who are willing to work hard without bitching or complaining.

No. Unfortunately, my gym is mostly bros. Plus, I'm a little weird about trying to pick up girls there, just because I'm there so often, I don't want to be "that guy".

1 thing: Eye contact, eye contact, eye contact. I also hit the gym pretty hard for a year and seriously improved my physique. I also improved my posture. I walk with my head up and my shoulders back.

Dumb question. I've been working out for a year and for the first time in my life my chest/back is bigger than my waist. My clothes look like the former in the picture. How do you get your clothes to fit like the latter? Slim fit clothes? Actually getting your clothes tailored? I wouldn't even know where to find a good tailor.

Put your thumbs in your back pocket. This will make you realize what your posture should be like all the time. It will naturally pull your shoulders back and down. Also, don't neglect your back in the gym. Stop benching so much and make sure you get in lots of pull ups and rows.

I can't upvote this enough. It removes the guesswork and immediately let's you know if a woman is interested. You don't have to buy her a drink or make an awkward approach with an opening. If she starts smiling back, and making eye contact, she is interested. Just walk over and say ,"Hi, I noticed you looking my way."

Speaking slower and enunciating are easier said than done. Anyone have tips or exercises for improving this?

How do you look? Are you dressed well? Always go clothes shopping with a buddies girlfriend. She'll let you know what looks attractive to women. Are you well groomed and in decent shape?

Keep that shit trimmed and neat. You don't see a lot of CEO'S or people in positions of power with big unkempt beards. Often, they also make you look older. Manly as it is, I think clean shaven is a better option for most men.

Yeah, but I'm not looking for average. The average woman is an obese cow. If I work out every day and eat right, I expect nothing less from the woman I'm dating.

Men take the risks and when it pays off, women want their share of it.

I don't have have a problem with the fat acceptance movement. At the end of the day, nobody really believes it. You can say fat is beautiful all you want, but at the end of the night, when all of your attractive friends are being bought drinks and going home with guys and you are alone, you'll get the cold reality pretty fast. Results speak louder than whatever your friends say.

Mindy Kaling is chubby. She's not obese. Edit: Damn it autocorrect!

Successful, attractive guys in their thirties have the proverbial pick of the litter when it comes to women. He doesn't have to settle for obese women.

WTF!? Is that real? Is calling fat people "fit" a thing? I've heard fat acceptance and fat folks are beautiful, etc..., but never fat folks are fit. Isn't fit the exact opposite of fat? My head hurts.

You're both right. For some people it is much easier to lose weight. For others it is much harder. But the buck still stops with me. That just means I have to work that much harder at the gym and with my diet. Life isn't fair. You can whine about it or do something about it. Your choice.

This is why I find TRP so fascinating. We're just saying what is obviously true, and what everybody knows is true but have somehow convinced themselves otherwise.

Great work in the gym. Keep it up. Make sure your routine includes some heavy lifting. Go to TPB and down load the lecture, "On Being a Man (That Naturally Attracts Women)". It's a great lecture that basically inspires you to stop being an adult boy. It will help you with work, women and life. And don't beat yourself up. Hang in there. Never lose sight of your goal.

This is only what they say in public. In reality, they would go home with the fit folks every time. I'm sure the fit couple have no problems getting laid on Saturday night. When friends aren't there to judge, everyone is red pill.

Even if the hamsters are right, so what? Life isn't fair. Some of us have to work harder than others. That's life. Fucking deal with it.

Sub's go to shit because the mods and community allow it to. Any memes, non-self posts and shitty posts must be down voted and removed quickly.

I think the only thing even remotely scientific on this list is lift weights and eat enough fat. The no fap thing, while doesn't do shit for testosterone, is just a good mental motivator to go out and get laid.

Too often, /r/MensRights comes across as a bunch of whiny betas bitching about shit like the baby change tables or having to pay a cover charge on ladies night.

Going to the gym helps with the no jacking off thing. I lift heavy and keep myself busy and occupied. I usually jack off once a week on Sundays, if I don't get laid. A good personal challenge: Spill your next seed inside a woman. No jerking off until that happens. No exceptions. I guarantee your game will start improving fast.

The government considers everyone a minority except white men. Because a lot of white men who have no relation to me whatsoever, own companies, I have to go to the back of the line when it comes to getting government contracts. Again, because I share some some physical characteristics with people who are successful, I am penalized.

I dated a girl in her late 30's with a kid. It was great because I could go out and fuck other women with reckless abandon. She was usually too preoccupied taking care of her kid. In the end though, I was always an after thought. I was the guy she looked to to support her and her kid and nothing more. She eventually caught me fucking one of her friends, and that was that.

Losing weight is often not easy. It takes hard work and dedication. While I agree the buck stops with him, having another individual trying to sabotage you at every turn makes something that is difficult under normal conditions almost impossible. What he needs to do, is to recognize what she is doing; that she is actively being a manipulative bitch.

You're absolutely right. She's not some evil "cunt", like so many others have referred to her. She's just a normal woman. It's the nature of the beast.

To be honest, I'm pretty sure my gf tries to sabatage me as well. It's subtle, but I've noticed that since I've started lifting and getting into shape, she has started cooking things that are much unhealthier, she brings home more snacks, junk food, fast food, etc... "Look honey, I brought home Taco Bell for dinner!". I can't really get mad, because she's buying me dinner. Whenever we go out to eat, it's always a buffet. I just started trying to cut back on my drinking and she now wants to const…
