Also the analogy compares being criticized and insulted to being raped. Saying someone deserves to be criticized/insulted for wearing something is a pretty far leap from saying someone deserves to be raped for wearing something.

Every time I see this get posted in one form or another, I point out that the bottom most statistic is very misleading. Single mothers account for 84% of single parents and single fathers account for 16% of single parents. British law definitely needs to include female-on-male rape. In the U.S. many states have changed laws to be gender neutral, often by using 'an act of penetration' - which includes being forced to penetrate and being forcibly penetrated - in the legal definition of rape. This doesn't really help you at all, but hopefully it's nice to hear female-on-male rape is starting to be taken more seriously, even if there's still a long ways to go. They're held in contempt of court when the judge determines they have the ability to pay the fine but are refusing to do so. It has been applied improperly and screwed up people's lives, but the concept isn't so ridiculous. Someone who makes six figures doesn't really have a great argument for why they can't come up with a few hundred dollars. If they continually insist they're unable to pay while not being able to demonstrate why, holding them in contempt of court makes sense.

Well right before that it says It's a conspiracy theory that says all men rule ("patriarchy"). Which isn't what patriarchy means at all. The Roman Catholic Church is a patriarchy, but that doesn't mean all men are high-ranking members of the Catholic Church. It's really not a difficult concept.

Replace gynocentrism with patriarchy, swap men's rights and feminism, and you assholes would flip the fuck out. The idea that the people who hold power are men is totally ridiculous and nothing but a paranoid conspiracy theory, but the idea that women hold all the power in society, that's a totally reasonable idea based on logic and facts. Check the rest of th comments, another user posted a link to a video where Paul Elam recounts an experience he had talking to a group of mental health professionals. So this, for the most part, did happen. I was skeptical at first, but if Paul Elam said it it must be true. Good ole Honest Paul would never tell a lie.

She ignores that women already have the option of legal paternal surrender with adoption and safe haven laws. Safe haven laws are gender neutral. She also ignores that women sometimes give up the child for adoption when the father would prefer to bring up the child himself. Because infants are unable to consent to anything so it's not a very salient point. Infants can't consent to any type of surgery, but when it's necessary that decision is deferred to the parents.
