I think in general you have to be flexible the way you think, there's never going to be one "winning" method to react to the world. If you're too emotional about everything, maybe you need stocism. But if you have no reaction to anything because of it, then maybe you have gone too far. The hardest part in life is to figure out which philosophy to practice and when.
