Glad to see someone giving dads the credit that they deserve

I saw this post the other day, man was completely innocent. He did nothing to deserve it, and thankfully the people in the comments (for the most part) weren't victim blaming him. I even saw a few comments advising him to press charges.

....well that's really fucked up. I don't know what disgusted me more, this or the woman who said she was getting an ultrasound to see if the baby she was carrying was "a girl or an abortion". I'm all for reproductive rights, but if she can't see the irony in calling US sexist while practicing blatant sexism and misandry, she's either mentally ill or heavily, heavily indoctrinated by those kill all men extremists.

if you think men have historically dominated society and the implications is, at the expense of women, or there would be no grievance, then you think women are inferior to men, which is misogynistic, or you think men are more evil than women, which is hateful to men. don't tell me about white and blacks or analogues: there was no nation of women being invaded by a technologically superior nation of men and enslaved. men and women have lived together since before they were human. this is why i th…

I've addressed all of your points, in sequence. I just said I think everyone deserves equal rights, and as such I am both feminist and an advocate of men's rights. This entire thing started because someone said that's impossible, which it isn't, and if it is I guess I glitched the matrix because i am indeed both. I'm not disregarding your criticism of feminism,a lot of your points are valid. There are women and even other men who use the feminist movement as a cover for blatant misandry, and tha…

Im not escaping from anyone, I made a simple statement that I think everyone deserves equality and as such I am both feminist and an advocate for men's rights.im not saying that we should talk about mens rights within a feminist framework ,and the fact that you think i am is laughable. The underlying ideology of the two movements are not diametrically opposed. I'm looking for approval from no one. If I were I WOULD have put this on a feminist forum, which you can tell from my post and comment hi…

No, patriarchy theory is simply how society has always been organized. Men have historically, in almost all cases, dominated society. Now, there are, indeed, people who use patriarchy theory as an excuse for misandry, but believing what is objectively the truth doesn't mean you hate men. A 5 second Google search could prove that wrong. The Duluth model is a valid model, and yes, before you say anything else stupid, women do indeed feel ignored and don't feel like they can tell others when they a…

And I see mental gymnastics that look for corruption where none is to be had. There is a difference between corruption and extremism. The feminist movement's stated goal has always been equal rights for everyone. But, since we both (presumably) have lives outside of arguing on Reddit, I'm going to let you go off believing that you were in the right here, as neither of us have time to waste convincing the other of an incorrect opinion. I'm sure you agree that you are entitled to your own opinion,…

Because in every community there is a very loud minority that demonizes the opposition, because that very loud minority ends up being the extremists. That applies to MRA,feminism, gender rights, religious communities. Hell, even furries. Trust me,people try to take back the movement, the documentary Red Pill is a good example of that. But you know why people continue to focus on the extremists, rather than the majority who are just trying to get equal rights? It's the media focusing on the loud o…

What we know is that you're stupid,Narrow minded, and lacking in the brain cell department . Most feminists just want what we want which is equal rights for all, and the fact that you think all feminists are extremists just shows how dim witted you really are. The SCUM manifesto, by the way, was written by extremists, so it's not a good example of feminist ideology. The only cancer is people like you, who think cooperation between men rights and women rights is impossible.

That's where you're wrong and that's why you're a part of the problem. I did not say feminazi. That's a different thing entirely. Not all feminists are feminazi. You're looking at the extremists and generalizing the entire movement, which makes you no better than the people you are currently insulting. Get a few brain cells and come back when you can care about humanity as a whole

Finally, a post that doesn't read like a man pretending to be a woman. You make a lot of good points, and I appreciate it. It's nice to see women who don't see the MRA movement and immediately screech at us for being misogynist. It's possible to be both feminist and an advocate of men's rights, and honestly more people should be both. The ideologies aren't diametrically opposed or mutually exclusive. They both want equal rights for everyone, it's just the extremists calling both sides misogynist…

...imma need a citation tbh. Not saying your wrong, I'm just not going to believe this without a valid source, preferably more than one. This also doesn't really seem to have anything to do with men's rights? It just looks like you're shitting on feminism, which isn't the point of this sub
