2	Last week my 22 floor office building had a fire alarm. We have fire drills every year so no one was concerned and everyone started down the stairs in an orderly way. Then we smelled smoke and heard sirens. The stairs were very packed and slow moving and many of the women started to panic... Women deserve equal treatment in terms of pay and opportunity for advancement in the workplace. They should also exit the building without regard for sex in order of departure.
