We're both 25, so it's not yet the time when girls jump off cc voluntarily. All I know about her past is that she travels a lot and she fucked in public places before.

That should be expanded in a separate thread.

I think the problem is that the youth tries to become The Chad. We want to become Chads because of what society and media projects on us. It's external, and very farfetched. Those expectations we are taught are the issue. Everyone has to be rich, tall and beautiful. Not many can. Just let the betas be betas, their external drive to being alphas is what makes them miserable. Those who are capable will make it to the Chad territory on their own. It literally runs in the blood.

Yeah, and he won't help you that easily. If you're somewhat attractive you might be surprised with how useful and great girls can be.

What I noticed is that no matter how well you're prepared, life will throw you a curve ball. Something you missed, question from a different viewpoint, unexpected obstacle. Most people react with anxiety as they realize they didn't think about those details. That's a dead end. The moment they focus on how they're not ready for what came, they're done for. The only solution is to tackle whatever comes with an empty mind. Knowing it's there and it's coming. Thinking how to beat it when it comes. T…

Downgrade would be huge. For example a senior software engineer earns around 2,5-4 k USD/month, so 30-48k USD/yr. Sure, you'll live like a king but your purchasing power for imported goods and investing scope will be more than halved. In terms of building wealth it's not a good idea. Edit: engineers earn around 40k USD / yr afaik.

Im a 205cm tall 110kg around 13% bf butterface with 2 dimples. Gene wise I'm a fucking win, but I fuck far less than average guys because I'm retarded when it comes to interacting with women. Skills are necessary, genes just up your ceiling.

Look I don't agree. If she's a challenge, right mindset is to nail it with her on the spot. The more reason to beat anxiety. The problem is not that she's a 'dragon'. Problem is you think dragon's are rare, while they spawn non-stop.

Potatos and rice are for pigs... Amen! I'm a 105kg dude eating very similarly, difference being my base are peanuts as they're crazy full of nutritients. Then I get chicken or shrimps and some cottage cheese. Drinking water only and if I happen to run low on protein I top it off with protein milk shake. Whats your resting caloric usage? Bonus points for sunflower.

You're completely right. I was fat when I was a teenager, lost it all within one summer break. Started counting calories ~20 days ago to get down to 10% bf (from 14%) and I'm halfway done with my goal. Shit's easy. Any fat person without some serious medical condition is hard to respect.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareto_principle Basically, 20% of high rank males fucks 80% of available women, leaving scraps for the rest of male population.

She was being resentful about people on tinder wanting to have sex. She claimed to be better than that, but the moment she saw a profile hot enough to fall for she stopped pretending to be a lady. How sudden the change was made the contradiction even more powerful to me.

That was a group work room, so rules were much less strict. I personally use it because I often have to make a call when I'm working on a project and don't feel like running in and out of the library.

Are you insecure about your height? If not, why does height matter in this case? This isn't the place to elevate your ego. It's a place where people strive to grow. FR's like yours do not give us anything except for bad aftertaste. Edit: Also the generic avice: SO LIFT doesn't redeem a poor content.

Just wondering, how old are you?

I assume you're still a teenager. If I were you I'd consider putting most effort in: 1. Education. Nail it. 2. Calisthenics, as it's good for start. Then, I'd change environment. Either move or cut off people who are not contributing towards your satisfaction with your life. Don't listen to women shreding your self esteem. That's their way of asserting dominance over you.

I never wanted to kill myself because of him. He didn't give me suicidal thoughts as I'm not a suicidal type at all. I just needed an ultimatum for myself because my most potent years were slipping away. I used that thought as a tool to beat myself into taking action.

he loses his father and goes on a hedonistic binge cuz he can't deal with it like a man. Yes. But you're judging their relation as if it was an ordinary, dull father-son one. My father and my grandpa parted ways 20 years prior to my grandpas death. They didn't talk. My dad was reluctant to come back to Poland, but as soon as he heard that grandpas' state was worse - he left whatever he couldnt cash in 2 weeks and jumped on the plane. He left a very prosperous business, all the personal stuff he …

I'll be very cautious about it and I'm going to pay a lot of attention to both selection of my wife and my children upbringing. I realise how crucial those are. He tried to bring me over but he lost in court.

Nutrition in the early childhood and during the pregnancy is crucial. I remember my parents were always very cautios about it.

Both my mum and my dad are 1,85m. While it's remarkable for a girl, it's not exceptional for a guy. I guess I freaked out in some way, but as I mentioned I never made use of it. Never scored on those "wow, you're so big" comments. I'm in a rowing team and I'm a kayaking expert (1k km+), tho. It sure might be related.

torrented it, thanks! Nothing personal, RSDJulien, but I'm spending all I got on my protein intake. God bless you.

It's hilarious, he's probably of Polish descent. You see, in Polish "pakować" when related to gym means "to work out". "Pakulski" could be jokingly translated to "Workedout" or "Workingout".

Holy fuck that's the most cringy thing I've read on this sub so far. If youre 6-7 years into PUA, I think you need to stop channeling your inner autist when things are going well. From the sound of it you got way too excited way too soon. Thats a major mistake, your frame is artificial.

This. Once she's fed up with you or rumor spreads around your workplace she's going to play the harassment card.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
