Interesting. That would make more sense if I was on here all the time, or this history told the entirety of my interaction with the site. Maybe the issue you have is rather that it's naturally a sensitive topic so you percieve it differently. I think some of y'all are just overthinking or overreacting and need to chill. Eat a snickers or something lol jk.

Gynocentrism at its finest The fact that they're still going strong while male equivalents get attacked

I agree. Maybe collectively people in general deserve love. But on the individual level, we should not think that way; because recieving love is not something that is actually in our control but rather in the hands of the one giving love, plus when we do receive love, thinking that we deserve or are owed it would likely make us less grateful thus less likely to keep it. There are other reasons not to think that we "deserve" a specific kind of lover as well

Do you think Jordan Peterson's ideas are also similar to incel rhetoric? Because I think that the empathy gap between men and women plays into the boogeyman factor of anything incels say. I'm not saying that there isn't misogyny in some of their beliefs or that their beliefs are right, but it can't be that whenever someone asks for balance in the area of life that's responsible for making life possible at all, that it's dismissable because it's automatically akin to "incel rhetoric". Unless ther…

I was going off of your extremely loose definition of simping that technically includes anyone posting Destiny's content or Jordan Peterson's content or Pewdiepie's content, etc etc. But you saw a woman and seem to have immediately started projecting without even knowing what or who you're talking about. This is a space for people who are tired of female double standards and even feminist hypocrisy. That's technically not male exclusive. As far as I have seen, there are women here as well, becau…

I am a man, but no that's not what a simp is. You would need more information to determine whether someone is actually simping. And if you really care that much to be that nosy, then you're a simp by your own definition because why else would you be so interested

What

Epiphenomenal polygyny is historically problematic for society. [One example is that a society with a lot of single men tends to have higher crime rates than those with fewer single men.] On the level of individual desire, people's preferences [or societal dealings, rather] historically tended to create that cumulative polygamous effect in society. I think a philosophical consideration for others in general and in our approach to the idea of love can create more balance.

There are a lot of reluctant divorcees out there, most of them likely male, and a lot more who are reluctantly single due to being dumped or rejected.

The title. Many feminists feel like misandry is synonymous with supporting women, so they cling to misandry.

That's only because A.H. is not low key anymore. Depp basically had his career taken away from him in the beginning, where almost exclusively people like MRAs at the time would be on his side, more than likely being called misogynists for it. Amber Heard is a very extreme and obvious case, yet it still takes a man with the wealth, fame, and status of an A-lister like Johnny Depp just to expose her

It's complicated for sure, but it seems we've put either agenda or dogma before balance in favor of women. And that's part of the reason for the consequences we see today and what seems to be a lot of confusion between men and women.

Everyone seems inclined to view the words "woman" and "girl" as interchangeable unlike "man" and "boy", as we see that "girl" is not the insult to a woman as "boy" is to a man. So idk, is this actually about how a woman can impress a "man", or is this just about puppy love between teens? Considering the "r/teenagers", probably the latter lol. Either way males get so much less consideration.

Hate/fear. Which some of those ideologies tend to exacerbate in feminists

I think Cassie Jaye is really talking about some of the ideologies and the effects that they have. It's not necessarily about individual actors per se, but how some of the feminist idiologies drive those actors But I guess for now we can agree to disagree

You watched the documentary or the Ted talk? Or both? Her doc is titled the red pill. And again, there are specific waves of feminism one can be against at the very least. But I understand where you are coming from

I think that you do mean well. If you look up the information I asked you to, I think that you will have a better time understanding what's going on here. And there are specific waves of feminism one can be against

I never assumed that. I just said you'll be more likely to understand when you look into it more. And I'm aware that prior to an actual movement, there were individuals whose voices are recognizable today as feminist or pro female in terms of autonomy, validity, independence, intelligence, humanity, etc. However from what I can tell, Western feminism started in America around the same time as other countries in Europe. So I doubt it's about definition, because the definition appears to be the sa…

When you look more into non feminist perspectives, you'll more likely be able to see where you are mistaken. It often takes a while for people to understand when it's new to them. Text messages won't just put it all together for you instantly. Have a good one. Thanks for writing in
/r/PussyPassDenied24/02/21 02:09 AM

Cool. What do you gather from that? And how does it compare with feminists' actions as they have played out in the real world? You should look into Cassie Jaye's work if you want a more in depth look into non feminist perspectives

The dictionary. And things like the fact that "the future is female" is a common feminist slogan, yet very rarely if ever at all does any feminist even think to refer to people like Sally Miller Gearhart as antifeminist.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/02/21 09:25 PM

Feminism encourages and exploits gynocentrism. It has never nor perhaps will it ever discourage gynocentrism. That's largely why people are antifeminist
/r/PussyPassDenied23/02/21 08:36 PM

False. It just means that you oppose feminism, which she does oppose western feminism.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/02/21 07:16 PM

What do you think an antifeminist believes?
/r/PussyPassDenied23/02/21 07:09 PM

I'm not sure what you mean by that. And I'm confused as to where that is going with regards to your initial question about antifeminism.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/02/21 06:35 PM
2

She fundamentally opposes gynocentrism as she mentions. If anything, she was steelmaning feminism to present her arguments
/r/PussyPassDenied23/02/21 03:59 PM

It talks about something people and feminists do because of gynocentrism which is basically the p.p.
