I was 21 when I first got married to my ex-wife. We had known each other since high school but were long-distance, having met randomly at a party where we instantly hit it off. I was in the Navy during our marriage, and we even had a son. Shortly after returning from deployment, I found that I had broken out of my shell, become more confident in talking to people, and started working out regularly. I used to be hesitant about talking to girls, but I picked up several PUA books and started day ga…

This is it. I've been turned down many times and actually felt like I was starting to become a creep but then I realized it was only because I thought that way. I approached this girl who I was targeting and got rejected, but after a few months of not letting the rejection get to me and just continuing to go to workout and striking conversations casually to both men and women at the gym, that same girl actually approached me! She apologized to me actually, after I called her out on my first appr…

Confidence is more sexy. If anything workout does for me is gives me more confidence and self esteem.

I’ve been there brother and trust me in this when I tell you that you have to stop thinking about how you were in the past and in the past hook ups you’ve had as a crutch on your self image.... think of it as achievements. What helped me out the most when it came to getting back in the game of seduction and in just over coming social anxiety in general is by first start winning small... meaning that a simple hello to an attractive person or a genuine compliment and conversation can go a long way…

Of course. The more you do it then the natural it comes to you! Think of every encounter as an opportunity to grow your self!

Oh yes! I’d take day game with low energy over any day honestly. What motivates me is that I feel I’m doing humanity a favor by actually going out and engaging real people face to face rather than on a mobile app. Low energy is just as it is. Not over stretching yourself to the other person by making it seem forced, loud and fast. You are not bombarded the person with questions but by simply using the least effort as possible to carry the conversation to where ever you want it to go .

I think it’s always important to find out her logistics and show intent. Is she there shopping by herself? Find out things as in if she is from the area. I personally like to convey that I’m new to the area and that I don’t usually come up to people like this but I found her to be attractive or someone I wanna meet. After you find those 2 things out then you can continue the conversation by finding similar interest and going from there.. maintaining eye contact and a grounded body language is al…

Go for it. You can either respond that you are there with friends for social proof or do what I do which is create your own social proof. Respond that you really love the music and meeting other people that are into it too.

I’ve always had great success. I’ve always enjoyed the low energy approach since it seems more spontaneous and natural . Most times I do this in malls. Opening direct or indirect depends on how the the girl initially responds to you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
