Are you sure it's at the expense of men? I mean giving food only to women is clearly sexist but it's not technically hurting anyone, it's just helping selectively. It's dependent on the age of the child. The younger the child is the more of an assumption there seems to be that it needs to be with the mother. So what ends up happening for a lot of people is the man will pay the woman so she can support the child. Sort of like a middleman because the father isn't "necessary" except as a cash cow.

My friend went through this. There was a court ordered paternity test and his lawyer informed her when and where...and then she went a couple days early and conned them into doing the kids portion of the test just to keep him from seeing the kid for even ~10-15 minutes. Yes and no. There are plenty of things MRA's agree with feminists on but we are opposed to the movement as a whole because it's core beliefs (specifically "Patriarchy Theory" and what derives from it) are just plain wrong and sexist. I feel like if you have always made music to promote a certain idea or to bring awareness about issues then that's fine and great (Rise Against) but if you just kind of fell into it and found out it made you more popular (Greenday, Lady Gaga) I don't really want your opinion. I think it has to do with the term "mangina". It's a really poor insult in my book.
