This, and... She is his professor and thus exercises power, control, and influence over her male students. How can she be blind to this?

Upon further review, I now get she was impregnated by an uncertified doctor. I guess the state’s gotta get their money one way or another. Still, some might call this “sex”. Strange times we live in.

I wouldn't count on it. They could be broken, or the management might not want to help a suspected pedo.

Yep. I thought the cops were reasonable and cared about justice. I was wrong. Never again. Never talk to the police.

I used to think like you, then I got shafted by the DA. I've got the criminal record to prove it.

He admitted they left the bar together and they had sex. These are things they would have to prove otherwise. There is nothing wrong with an innocent person wanting council. DON'T TALK TO THE POLICE, EVAR!

I just want my kid to have fun doing science. It would be nice if a program was funded for this, like the girls have.

So, I got an email back. Turns out the people providing the program are a private foundation and funded by anonymous donors who have dictated it be spent for a girls specific program. Like a lot of you guys, I understand and support people spending their money however they like. I guess we're going to have to come up with our own funding. /sigh/.

As a part time father, I barely get informed about these activities as it is. There is no way in hell I'm going to rock the boat with my son's school. My son's education is 9000x more important than MR.

I won't go into details, but by the time I got in front of a Judge, the ONLY evidence against me were my own statements and explanations made before I was arrested or heard my Miranda Rights. Don't talk to the police. EVAR!

I've watched it multiple times. Totally worth your time. I wish I had watched before I got screwed over by the cops.

The non-custodial dad's money is taken by the state and given to the custodial mother. The federal government then gives the state Department of Human Services incentive money so they can go after more "deadbeats" and the cycle continues. See Social Security Act, Title IV, Part D

I wouldn't assume the 50% of non-divorced marriages are "good marriages". Many guys stay in bad marriages to keep access to their kids, can't afford it, or are too emotionally controlled to initiate a divorce. The chances of an individual's marriage ending up "good" are way less then 50%.

There used to be a lot of work to do at home before the advent of electric machines. I doubt lower class women got bored working at home in the ol' timey days.

thinking it would help Frank, she told the cops the sex was consensual. Once again folks. Never, never, never talk to the police. Without her statement, there would have been no evidence. Don't talk to the police. EVAR!

No jury here. This was a plea deal at the advice of public defender. When your facing 20 years - as a child rapist - it's pretty tough to take your chances on a jury nullification.

You should spend your parenting time any way you please and not otherwise ordered by the court. I believe bonding with dad is more important than naps. Tell your ex to pound sand.

Every office I’ve dealt with from my wife-initiated divorce and subsequent false allegations of rape, pedophilia, theft, stalking, and domestic violence has been staffed by a cackling hen house of fat, old, ugly, lazy, passive aggressive women. EVERY ONE! I’ve been treated like an intrusive, offensive, bothersome, criminal. EVERY TIME! It’s beyond poor service. These women actively thwart my efforts to provide information I’ve paid for and have every right to obtain. These offices include Child …

I can't answer you questions. My only advice is to keep the amicable relationship going as long as possible. As soon as it gets ugly (and it will) she'll be able bring in the cops, judges, CPS, et al, and screw you over big time. Suck it up, stay friendly, and keep the state out of your business as long as possible.

Everything in this video happened to me. My bride turned into an ugly, soulless, humorless, sexless, vapid, bitch after our first child was born. When she filed for divorce, I got rolled over by judges, lawyers, cops, and social workers. I've lost most of my retirement savings and property. My kids ping-pong between two apartments and are emotional wrecks. And, yeah, she kept the $3500 ring too. Totally not worth it OP!

If possible, patch things up with your wife. It's best for everyone if you can get along and have a marriage that works. I've never seen it work personally, but some say marriage counseling can help. It's worth a try. At least you'll know you tried everything before throwing in the towel. If that's not helping, then read "The List" Then, start documenting the time you spend with your son. Here's why, If you're going to have a "high conflict" divorce, you will likely get a "Child Family Investiga…
