It is similar to a woman aging, because that you can't control it. As opposed to being overweight which you can control. But height is not the same thing, right? Imagine X having a job at year 1, where they made 100k a year. With coworkers that loved and respected them. At year 2, X ends up with a new job, making 20k a year with coworkers that ignore or despised them.
