Putting so much value on getting women instead of building yourself up is lame af. Learn to enjoy yourself alone first. Cut out the porn. Get in the gym for the health and testosterone benefits. Don’t go in there doing just cardio, lift heavy, put on muscle. Laying off the porn and upping the muscle will up your testosterone and drive.
