Most men are in psychologically abusive relationships with women, it's due to women having a tonne of power over us while we also have to constantly compete with other men basically everyday. I was using my experience as a former athlete to make that conclusion, my coach pressured us to eat right, and I also remember reading somewhere that McDonald's provided free food to the athletes at the olympics but It was a ghost town. I highly doubt pro athletes eat like kids, they need the right amount of nutrition to train longer and recover faster especially in a competitive environment, junk food will just slow them down.

No tips, it's that easy. Dress nice, and when they hear the way you speak english they will want you, it's Like playing a game with all the cheat codes. I arrived at lagos airport, I didn't go deep into Lagos. The airport was trashy, stuffy, crowded and so different than the dubai airport I was in 13 hours before and I remember the path outside was horrible, peices of concrete missing, uneven path etc. Then I stayed at an ok hotel then left to a different state the next day, I actually don't know what deep inside lagos looks like but I bet it would be nice because I've been to the nice places of my state and it was surprisingly good.

Yes, they speak pidgen english which really just sounds like someone scrambled the english language around, what I speak is known as proper english here and they have a hard time understanding me sometimes, everything else about me I think is ok, except for my knowledge of how some things work, language is my biggest downfall here. Pidgen example: 'cut for me' (pidgen), as opposed to 'can I have some orange/anyfood (proper)
