Well, sounds like you need professional help. Therapy should be the first thing you should set up. Talk to a counselor and tell them you want to improve on these traits you don’t like about yourself. This shit isn’t gonna work itself out in a couple weeks so be patient with yourself.

Cold approach doesn’t have to be boring. Make a game out of it. Set absurdly hilarious challenges while cold approaching and then attempt not to laugh at yourself. You’ll be too busy trying not to laugh to be annoyed or bothered by the conversation. Best of luck friend!

My college loan, food, the money I give my parents to be able to stay here, health insurance, car insurance, gasoline, cell phone, gym membership in that order.
