Jim is right wait it out. Similar situation I went through. People like that need chaos in their life they will find a new person to manipulate and control and people will start seeing them for who they are. Don’t waste your time and energy thinking about it and just focus on yourself and start enjoying life.

While I was with my ex I felt like I aged tremendously over a few years. Started getting greys, looking tired and worn out. All I did was try to keep her happy while getting the life sucked out of me. She hated when I got compliments then called me superficial for working out. I went back to her multiple times I kept trying thinking I was doing something wrong but it was a trauma bond. I’m not going to play the Victim instead it’s a lesson learned and I’m at peace now. Of course it hurts from ti…

I had an narcissistic ex, sounds similar to your situation. We filed for divorce a week ago and I’m doing a lot better. Value yourself, the fact that she couldn’t replace me with ten men and is still complaining to her friends that she’ll never have a connection like she had with me is more flattering to me than hurtful. If she’s taking him to where you and her went obviously she’s going to be thinking of you. It’s all about perspective. I thought I was depressed but then I actually started taki…

If you guys read the book Unplugged alpha by Richard copper he even mentions staying away from single moms. I don’t agree with everything that is said but that is one thing I now learned from experience, it will rarely ever work out with a single mother.

Happened to me too, wife was drunk got angry called the cops on me. I went to jail having never touched or hurt her and she even admitted to the cops she was drunk. This woman physically abused me and I never called the cops on her because shes a mother. The part that hurts the most is you would never hurt them and do everything to protect them and they do this crap out of anger.

I’m already there gym wise. But there’s always room for improvement I like to push my body to the limits. I don’t have an issue with confidence I know in certain departments she won’t do better. I don’t care about that though, I’m working on becoming more well rounded for myself

I’m 35 now. I was in a 12 year relationship before her and spent 5 years with her. I stuck around because I wanted to “help” her emotionally. We were perfect for each other at one point, amazing sex life, passionate, in love and everything but she couldn’t keep her emotions and anger in control. Now I want to help people. I’ve been in the management field for the past 15 years but I want to get into psychology because I’m intrigued by the human mind and our thought process’. Of course I want to …

We agreed to keep it clean I just need out of it asap. I plan on working on myself and focusing on being successful while letting her focus on the multiple men she’s talking to. I just want to be away from it all. Thank you. Also if you guys have any good tips or suggestions on getting your motivation back and kicking things into gear I’d love to hear it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
