-7	Brett Kavanaugh rape accusation is most certainly false There is a huge difference between "It didn't happen" & "I dont recall" especially when the crime/allegation involves drinking. Lawyers and JUDGES know this. So the answer could simply be "Yes" but he has to establish that he only drinks beer (never mentions hard liquor because it goes with the Blacked-Out-Brett-Theory).
