Focus on a constant learning with your goals, career, etc. Focus on getting better everyday with fitness, learning, traveling, projects, skills. This is a bad post, but i upvoted for the message. And stretching isn't a 'must' every morning. If you are flexible enough to hit the correct Range of Motion in your lifts, then you don't need to stretch your muscles out. If you are overly flexible, you are now responsible for that flexibility when performing things like squats and deadlifts.
