8	Dave Chappelle: Marriage is Nothing but an Awful Contract You Shouldn't Sign I went from making 80k to 120k+ Bonus+ Employee Stock Allotment+a Stock Vesting program. I worked between 80- 100 hours a week. I left that job and now work at a place still making decent money but not nearly as much with a much better work life balance. IMHO it's not a s simple as the money doesn't make a difference. It does. But it really doesn't effect happiness or satisfaction.
