10	In response to the "do girls like muscles" post Same here dude, I know that if I want to up my game I have to start approaching and acting on times when a girl smiles or we catch eyes a few times etc. I know it's not rocket science and I just have to push myself over those inhibitions rooted in social anxiety saying that it'll go wrong and accept the result regardless. 63	In response to the "do girls like muscles" post It's a lot easier to sit at home and talk about how you are supposedly changing your personality, mentality etc. Vs actually getting up and getting on a physical grind. People on this sub love to pull themselves out of any real work, relying on vague non-substantial "work" that has little accountability or metrics through which you can measure your progress.
