It's not about who's doing it more, this implies that "men are rapists". No, it implies (correctly) that most rapists are men. You don't need to be a rapist to help prevent it; calling out victim blaming, rape jokes, &c. is good. The numbers you are basing your opinion on are inaccurate. I know the report; 'women are more often child abusers' is a common but inaccurate summary. The issue is that women are more often caregivers. The report does not attempt to normalize the numbers (and good luck doing so). It is possible that women are more often child abusers. It is also entirely possible that men are. Keep this in mind.
