Don't know what to say/do? Want to be more "alpha"? Think a girl is out of your league? Thinking too much? The solution: inner game. If you don't know what that means, read the sidebar and do some reddit searches. I'll give you a primer. No girl is out of your league. You are a valuable individual, with so much to contribute to every person you meet. How do you achieve that mindset, that sort of confidence? There are many things you can do (I recommend spirituality/meditation) and they're all ta…

"Make mistakes of ambition and not mistakes of sloth. Develop the strength to do bold things, not the strength to suffer." - Niccolo Machiavelli Always be closing. Always be escalating. Endure the pain of discipline, or suffer the pain of regret.

Supercook.com is pretty neat, you enter what ingredients you already have and it gives you recipes. /r/Cheap_Meals, /r/budgetfood, /r/slackerrecipes, I'm sure there are more Honestly Googling what ever you want to eat is still the best resource, and just spending time in the kitchen experimenting and practicing. Say you google how to make an omlette: you'll find Jamie Oliver, Julia Child, Gordon Ramsay, so just compare, contrast, and experiment with their styles.

Exactly, cooking is a skill that probably has one of the highest impressiveness-to-difficulty ratios. Meaning that it's dead simple, people just don't spend the initial time investment to become an efficient cook, so it seems more impressive than it is, esp. when a guy cooks.

Master the omlette. Simple process, many different variations, and when executed well a lady will notice (a good "morning after" breakfast). Sauces aren't that hard (e.g. alfredo, brandy dijon mustard, etc.); with chicken or ground beef, different kinds of pasta, and different kinds of veggies you can do a lot. Invest in a crock pot. Throw shit in there, wait for 7 hours, and you have a meal (and a ton of leftovers). Pulled pork is my favorite crock pot recipe

How has no one mentioned COOKING yet. Survival skill, cheaper than eating out, an excuse to bring a girl into your room ("I'll cook for us"), shows your independence.

Ego, that little voice in your head, and the suffering it creates is a result of identification with thoughts, ideas, objects, other people, etc. I still have an ego--we all do--and recognizing it often manifests itself as "I don't give a fuck"

Glad to hear you're making great progress on your weight. Be careful though about making the girl the goal. You can, and should, reach Enlightenment without her. Your life is what matters most, and besides, girls are really attracted to guys who pursue their own passions and goals and are independent. I'd look into meditation, if you haven't already. /r/Meditation

Your 1) and 3) show that you're still insecure about yourself (expressed as jealousy). Insecurity is basically the belief that one's own value is lacking in some way, whether you consciously or subconsciously know it. In reality, everyone has strengths and weaknesses--everyone has a different background, different experiences, a different path in life, heck everyone even has different DNA (except identical twins). Comparing yourself to others who are by definition different in almost every way p…

You're only 17. Don't worry. I found seddit when I was 20. Take comfort in the fact that you've started on the path of self-improvement at such an early age when most others are dicking around and/or too afraid. I agree with im_fucking_zeez_brah. Keep talking to girls. It can be a little awkward in the beginning, and you will talk to some who won't even give you the time of day, but with practice you will develop thicker skin. Don't think "how can I be more alpha". Be completely in the moment, l…

Make your own life more awesome. Pursue your hobbies, start a new personal project, achieve a goal. Remember that the girl does not "complete" your life. She is merely a bonus. I too had a recent case of one-itis. Doing the above is what got me out of it (and seeing other girls). These seddit posts helped me: http://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/10h5i1/in_a_relationship_how_to_keep_the_seddit_vibe_im/, http://www.reddit.com/r/seduction/comments/iuj7l/someone_please_differentiate_the_differ…

Honestly, rejection feels so much better than not having tried at all. Regret nags at you for days, you're always thinking about "what if". Rejection stings for three seconds, then you feel a wave of accomplishment, "well doggonit, at least I tried, most guys are too afraid to do what I just did". Rejection stings less as you get rejected more, which leads to even more approaches, it's a positively reinforcing cycle. I'm naturally an introvert, and I don't drink either. Thanks in large part to s…

What happens after I sleep with them? I'm not looking for anything serious. Like I only have time to see the girl once a week, looking for something like a fwb. I think the thing that's bothering me is operating under the assumption that the girl understands that we're not exclusive until we've talked about it, esp. after having slept with them.

The kiss on cheek thing is a foot-in-door technique, basically you get them to kiss you on the lips by giving them smaller hoops to jump through first: "kiss me on the cheek. now the other one. now the lips."

I've gotten it mostly as a shit test, got it a few times last night. I said awesome, I wanna see you make out. They all just laughed and ran away.

Look up 60 years of challenge's stuff on nonverbal opening (you can google his stuff, there's some stuff on seddit too), seems to be an efficient way of opening regardless of venue. It's basically fast escalation, which creates attraction and is used as a screening tool

Yeah, when talking over loud music I found myself leaning towards the girl so she could hear me (which is bad body language). Realized I could've just pulled her closer (which I did tonight, will get a FR out soon). Yep, I've read the escalation ladder, but you're right, I sometimes forget. I've noticed that the times I go in with the handshake first seem to be more successful.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
