She almost certainly hit the bone, also unless you have some basic instruction in fighting most people don’t realize you actually NEED to hit with your middle or forenuckle. The other two are ridiculously easy to break the metacarpals.

It actually looks like they simply pull him away, they don’t through any punches at the guy who was protecting the girl. Actually he walks out looking like he’s being partially supported by the other guys.

For clarification "blown out" is the immediate rejection where you are either completely ignored or hard no upon greeting.

That would ruffly be what a strap on would be used for in this situation... Although they usually call that sodamise...

While I totally agree that this woman dumb as fuck. She should not be jailed for this post only. Freedom to express discontent with a situation and SAYING you want to kill people does not constitute a crime. I'd say the exact same thing about a man in this situation.

Certainly not without a controlled environment, however there is a new thing in long term care now where staff are supposed to try and interact with the patients without snapping them out of whatever delusion they are experiencing.

You know I'm torn between two evils here. I'm annoyed with the general attitude of this girl, at the same time I think a larger evil is that courts even have the contempt of court power. I believe courts should have something like contempt of court but that should not be able to move the person to jail because they're annoyed by the person they should simply be able to eject them from the room.

Actually he's quite right. It just so happens in this case this action has side benefits.

You failed to notice the bit about this actually being the harder sentence because it can be extended indefinitely. You either rehabilitate or you stay in until you do...

This isn't pussypass. He is being physically aggressive and belligerent. Without knowing the context that led to this, I could easily classify him as the aggressor and threat. If some dude was up my face like this guy is in her's I'd be hard pressed not to try and back him down with threats and eventually beating his over aggressive ass up too...

Only way I can see a dude getting this kind of treatment is if he's a really feminine gay dude. Even then it would be a stretch.

He even said he wasn't into doing it cause of it being a third party. If they wanted to actually supply this kind of thing they should have ask in the survey "what is your relationship with the recipient?"

That's battery actually. Assault is the THREAT of bodily harm.

Opening a door does not mean let them in. Barged in means forcibly entered uninvited.

Nope, they DO use coercion and tend to go waaaaaaayyyyyy younger. Like 5-10 range. At least those are the ones i tend to read about.

Is it really? I was under the impression dudes usually go to jail for some time for this kind of thing... Not tryin to troll or anything, just what I've observed.

The parents even said it was a consensual relationship and that the txts and such were NOT of a "grooming nature" which is to say they were not of a coercive nature. And by the way how is that any different than a adult waiting until the age of consent here in the states? Yes it was a big age gap, but the only thing she violated technically was the trust of the parents and school. So take license and let her and the parents and girl work it out.

Basically lewd activity with a minor between 16 and 18 while in a position of trust. Personally i think all these non predatory cases are a joke. Take the teaching license and leave it up to the parents as to if it can continue.

Wasn't trolling, just stating a disagreement. I know most people on the internet are just trying to stir up some shit, i was not raging at you or trying to troll you. Don't really care if you respond either. Just wanted to put out a counter point to something I saw.

I disagree that a little PC is ok. I disagree because today laws are being enacted to enforce PC. Its one thing to be nice and generally expect people to be nice to you. It is another thing entirely to force people to be nice through legislation. The PC movement didn't start powerful enough to do crap like that, it grew through generations making this that or the other taboo and then pushed for it to be illegal. So no, i don't agree one bit with PC anything because it is at its core, discriminat…

Your last response about pointing fingers in response to men being viewed as guilty until proven innocent is right and wrong. There shouldn't be fingers pointed at anyone until enough information has been gathered by the cops. They should be separated, statements taken, both forced to leave the premises until its been gone over thoroughly and then once enough evidence to support an accusation is available, you point the finger of blame and make an arrest. There should be no preloaded bias that a…

They got caught in public and the kid refused to help the prosecution. He didn't screw it up, she did. Don't have sex with a minor in public! How the fuck hard is that comprehend?

If you are put in a position to have to defend yourself that is an immediate clue that the relationship is terminated regardless of how you feel about them. You fight back to ensure that you have a tomorrow to move on to. I'm not saying beat her bloody, I'm not saying beat her up. I am saying beat her off you and leave preferably at the same time (crazy people like to chase people who are trying to leave). Boom done.

I think the double standard is wrong. I think treating true male victims as dumb for reporting it and what have you is wrong. I also know that if as a teen I had a chance to be with a teacher I found attractive, without being coerced through grade manipulation or something (something I have yet to see mentioned in any of these reports) I would absolutely keep it to myself and hope to keep on with that relationship to it's natural end. Now that end could come in several ways, I break up with her,…

Except he was over the age of consent for his state (14) so the only problem is the position of as a teacher.
