Aside from foregen there's /r/foreskin_restoration. Simplified, you don't really grow back a foreskin but you get a skin around your glans to cover it (After a process that takes from months to years and needs some care), which already is much much better than nothing. You ofc don't get back a frenulum or have it repaired if it was "just" partially removed like for me.... but really I personally doubt we can hope for better at least for the 5-10- who knows how many years to come

There's no law outlawing circumcision without anesthesia anywhere, it might not be the majority of the cases but in the US a significant proportion are done without anesthesia. In Switzerland, where I live, it's done with anesthesia if you're over a few years old, AND that it's in a hospital. Doctors saying they're against a practice will make more people look into why they say that or simply believe them, resulting in more people opposing MGM in the long run.
