Np, but I notice it gets taken a lot less seriously if you are a male victim of statutory rape and the opposite for girls. I recommend that if it was really consensual and see didn’t feel unsafe, convince her not to press charges because such a minor mistake can ruin that guy’s life.

Statutory rape is different from normal rape because it could be consensual but as long as one is below the age of adulthood (is still a minor) then that is statutory rape.

We need “context” to make sure he even sexually assaulted the woman at all. We are going off of words hear from a woman who is clearly thinking with anger, if he did touch her it was most likely an accident that went out of hand because she misunderstood the accident.

If we just go in words then everyone who has ever been falsely accused will be in jail. Just because a female claims to have been assaulted, the streets or the courts, it shouldn’t mean that justice can be put into your own hands unless that person has been found guilty through solid evidence. If my sister claimed someone sexually assaulted her, I will look at all evidence before calling the homies and beating that nigga’s ass.
