I mean, who the fuck else would you be? If you don't like who you are, then change it. If you don't like yourself for who you are because you care about what other random people think, then stop giving a fuck about what other random people think.

I agree with you. In my opinion I don't think you need to force yourself to be entertaining though. You should let it come naturally and be yourself. It takes a lot of the pressure off of each interaction and allows you to have more fun.

I don't think this atrocious advice, but the sad thing about all of this advice is that revolves around posturing. So many men think that they key to being interesting when talking to girls via text (Or even in person) is to crack jokes every 2 sentences. Just stop man. You're not her fucking court jester. You're not her personal little chimpanzee. You have a personality. You have things and hobbies that make you interesting, or at least you SHOULD. To neglect that and to devalue yourself by act…

People will say it's a taboo thing. Honestly I don't agree. Assuming you have basic social competence, there is absolutely nothing wrong with approaching a girl and asking her out on a datea the gym. I've done it plenty of times, and I can tell you nothing bad has come out of it. Just something alone the lines of, "Hey, sorry to bother you, I Just thought you were very cute, and I'd love to grab a cup of coffee with you sometime". Yes, you will get rejected sometimes, but that is life, and if yo…

Agreed. You have some major self-confidence, and are in no condition to date right now. My advice is to seek counseling and be honest with yourself about everything that is going on with your life.

Not as easy, but stil doable. Go out. See a pretty girl at the gym? Ask her out. See a pretty girl at the grocery store? Ask her out. This takes balls to do and very few men are doing this because they're so afraid of rejection. See a pretty girl anywhere, ask her out - be kind and forward about. Also use social circles to your advantage. And dating apps of course.

not quite sure I understand why you would recommend the use of a beta blocker right before a date. I mean I understand if you need to use it due to an anxiety-related condition, but there are probably better things you can do (and better things you can take) to deal with that if its just pre-date jitters

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
