I just don't know why you keep talking about startups, my original comment had nothing to do with the IT industry lol. I was just saying that it's more financially beneficial to own a house than to live with your parents.

I actually happen to be a Software Developer living in Utah. Idk what you mean about IT professionals being from 3-5 states or universities, but I'd agree that Silicon Valley itself would be an impossible place to live unless you made 100k+.

In the US, the mentality is that you're basically worthless if you don't own a piece of land. It's kind of an old way of thinking, but that's the ingrained 'american dream'. Owning your own land is essentially the american idea of freedom. I feel like it's even more obvious in the west US. My parents are from the east coast, and it's super common over there for people to live with their folks and not have it be weird. In the west, if you live with your parents in your mid twenties, people assume…

He's just pointing out that you didn't actually give any advice, you just wrote a wall of text about how amazing you are. I'll finish his sentence, though. I'm a senior web developer. Php, nodejs, python, drupal and core Linux technologies. The company i work for does very well. I have some time after work to start projects like yours, what is your strategy? What languages / web frameworks / hosting / VCS / seo strategy ? What exactly does your business do? You build websites and spam them with …

You realize that for the past year or so this sub has become a place for people to come tell their fantasy life stories to get eboners, right? Its not what it used to be. Most people come here to cringe, not to learn. Just make s post about how you fuck 100 women a day and drive a Mercedes, and you'll fit right in.

Jesus paragraphs Christ. First of all, this isn't a unique situation. She's just like any other girl in the prime of her CC. Why would you ever want to talk to her again?

Yeah I just really like this sub and have learned a lot, and would hate to see it devolve into a field report alpha contest.

If you've been on this sub for more than 5 minutes, chances are the first thing you learned was "These girls ain't loyal, brah." Yeah it's true. We all know that. If you are reading this sub, most likely you had a girl that wasn't loyal to you. Do we need to read several paragraphs of retarded dick flexing so he can tell us something we already know, when there are 9 posts a day with quality material that aren't written by a child who just recently learned how to craft fabricated dialogue?

Why are we still allowing this kind of shit to be posted? Does anyone actually enjoy reading about these fake hookup fantasies this guy shits out every single day? All he does is make up a story about how he fucked a girl or almost fucked a girl, or how unbelievably alpha he is and it's like, what am I actually gaining from this other than allowing him to stroke his own dick to the sound of his own voice?

Channel the rage. Run 10 miles in the rain and flip a couple cars. Then eat some chicken and oatmeal and pass out.

Maybe its because they have the pressure of becoming a doctor or engineer like the asians, but also the pressure of marrying within their race and competing with other doctors and engineers. Im not Indian, just my theory.

Pretty sure everyone who is within earshot of your typing (roll with it) was in a similar position to you. However. You probably have the career advantage, and that should make you fuckin happy. I took TRP last semester, knee deep in junior year of college. No money, no social life, very serious gf dumped me and fell in love for the first dweeb that met her... Doesn't matter what I look like at this point. Compare my situation to yours. You have income, a car, probably a nice wardrobe (if not, s…

I feel like I fall somewhere between model and average, but I have 100 matches in a month or so, and I'm pretty selective with who I swipe for. Also, I live in Utah and I'm not mormon, so that basically eliminates 25% of available single women in salt lake. It would be interesting to conduct an experiment of "above average but definitely not model" guys and see what the outcomes are.

Seriously, why are we even reading the bullshit this guy dumps out. Every fucking day I have to see this weirdo make up a new story about banging chicks. God, it's awful, predictable and obviously fake. At least it makes me laugh.

Yeah I live in Utah where everyone is either mormon or relentlessly shamed by mormons. Hooking up on tinder has literally only happened for me with chicks who moved here out of state. Its ruff

God, thank you. How many more of these fake stories do I have to read? I feel like the only one downvoting these retarded "Field Reports" where everyone is alpha beyond belief and women get wet simply being in a 5 mile vicinity. It's not constructive, it's just the OP jerking off to his own fantasy of himself. This subreddit is fucking one of a kind, and it is really gonna be a shame if it devolves into neckbeards who love the sound of their own voice, beating their doughy chests and writing abo…

I think that scouting is a good thing. Not the scouting itself, really, just the fact that it is something disciplinary that teaches you to set goals and improve yourself. This isn't unique to scouting. Sports do the same thing. Think about a guy who grew up playing competitive tennis (or football, basketball whatev). He works hard to improve his game to make his high school team, then works harder to continue improving simply for the sake of improving. The lessons he learns from that are invalu…

Kinda like how I deal with my dog. He sits every time I tell him, comes every time I tell him.. but he only gets a treat when I have one cracker left and my mouth is too dry.

A bit new here. What happens if you pull the "come with me" and she pushes you off? It seems like it could backfire in a "i'm not your piece of meat" type of way. In that scenario do you just say fuck it and onto the next one?

I like your post. One thing I would add to the motivation section is this: one thing that helps people stay in the gym and train hard is if they have something to work for (marathon, triathlon, competition, etc). Enjoying fitness is hard for some people. For me, lifting weights and running are things I will never do. It's boring, time consuming, the usual. There are other ways to get in incredible shape. I urge anyone who hates lifting to get reaaaaally serious about rock climbing. Will get you …

I'm sure you could omit, or switch some steps, but the over-arching point is that in most cases you should probably not skip straight to the vag.

Good point. Didn't realize it wasn't some all encompassing strategy. There are women in my life, but of the ones I am attracted to I have either A: already slept with them, B: have no chance, C: they have been involved with my male friends and I like my friends enough to not make a move. Still new to TRP, but there has to be some advice out there for those of us looking to pickup women at bars?
