Do you think it to be even remotely plausible that a person who can stomp anyone, let alone a toddler to death is not at that moment in an entirely rational state of mind? Yes, of course that's entirely plausible, and because he stomped a baby to death while maybe in a completely irrational state of mind, that leads me to believe he is a serious threat to society and should never ever be let out of prison. I get what you're saying. I get what Fydor is saying, too. I really do. However, I persona…

I’ve always admired Europe for their leniency, however, this is like the 10th time I’ve read about somebody serving ~10 years for an absolutely heinous murder. 11 years is laughable. I really don’t give a flying fuck if some committee deems the kiddy murderer fit to re-enter society. If you stomp the life out of a baby than you irredeemable and you deserve to rot in a jail cell. How the hell is frontier justice not a major problem in Europe? I’m still trying to wrap my head around the 11 year se…

Why did that tradition die out? Next show I go to I'm bringing some tomatoes and cabbage. Edit: Shit. It turns out my next planned concert is to see Grigory Sokolov, a world class piano player. I guess if he misses a note I can lob a tomato his way.

Yes, he indeed ended the possibility of her making anymore attempts to push/slap him. He also opened himself up to the possibility of serious jail time, despite who struck first. He should've pushed her to her ass and walked away. Instead he threw a punch with an excessive amount of force that ended the situation, but had she died, become paralyzed or experienced brain damage, both of their lives would basically be over. That's why I never like to see people fight. All it takes is one punch to k…

Your point being? After the unnecessarily hard punch to the head, she slams her neck against the table and then the floor. If you watched the bmx video, the brain damage occurred from him falling and cracking his head on the tarmac.

https://www.reddit.com/r/videos/comments/5iptmk/from_bmx_to_brain_injury_how_a_single_punch/ A blow like that could've easily paralyzed her/killed her. Excessive force IMO.

I can't help but imagine how this article would read if the roles were reversed. Somehow I doubt they'd mock the 20 year old sorority girl for not having sex with a guy who broke into her apartment, stripped naked on the bed, and began asking her if she thought he was pretty. And they surely wouldn't refer to her as a "victim" in a pejorative tone like the did to the male in the article. It's pretty lame of them for ridiculing a man who was being responsible and decided not to put up with crazy'…

Na son, intimating someone in a threatening manor constitutes as assault in all 50 states. Source: I'm Nancy G I know this shit.

It's not true at all. If someone walks right up to you and starts threatening you, that's assault in and of itself.

Standing face to face with someone asking them to hit you is assault. Actually hitting someone is called battery. I can't believe people up-voted you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
