Questions about your clearance are probably best addressed within that world. You are not going to be able to hide a divorce, if you do try be assured that would impact your clearance. I had a hard enough time convincing my future ex that we subtract mortgages from market value then divide the equity in half. No way would explain the closing costs as part of this was going to make sense to them. Just mumble is still going to be cheaper than a lawyer and going to contested divorce.
