I’ve gone out with single mothers, sure, but I’ve never seriously dated one. Usually we stopped hanging out whenever they became drama filled or realized I wasn’t going to bend over backwards for them.

with vegan diet I agree 100%. Which is why I'm not vegan, I do recommend a near vegan diet though. Cutting out mostly dairy and red meat from your routine.

Depends on the eggs. I'd go with cage-free organic, hormone free chickens. Grass fed chickens. Otherwise you're getting a lot of hormones, antibiotics and preservatives. Again, you can do whatever you want. Going with not-healthy food just for an initial bulk is what a lot of people do then switch to healthier diets. It's a common theme among new lifters but not one I would recommend. I would also recommend cutting out pork entirely from your diet. There are parasites and certain pathogens that …

I thought that edit didn’t save. Sorry. Bradley Martin recommends people eating red meat on a daily basis. Over consumption of red meat (more than 2x a week) is a leading cause of CVD and heart issues. Most online fitness professionals recommend eating crazy amounts of meat every day. I’ve seen often people quote 1 lb of ground beef a day. Even if you did this as ground Turkey, it can still have a lot of issues with your body: leading to colon and pancreatic cancer. Our gastro-intestinal track d…

AthleanX is not reliable. Or individuals like Bradley Martin who suggest deadly in the long run dieting habits. Pretty much any 5x5 trainer has told people to eat red meat on a daily basis. I have a degree in kinesiology. I spent the time. I'm telling you, it has everything you need in a comprehensive book. It's $20, you have all the resources right there to read it. Rather than waste time reading fitness tips online. Here's the thing: online fitness and health industry is not reliable. Most of …

Buy the new encyclopedia for bodybuilding by arnold. It’s $20 and a comprehensive book about weight lifting and dieting. It’s a textbook so don’t be overwhelmed. This is genuinely the best advice I can say. It has everything.

Young girls in church are the worst. They have fucking terrible standards. Either you’re a perfect pastor already or not. I never dated inside the church because when you do, it’s everyone’s business. And if you aren’t pursuing them for marriage by the second date you shouldn’t even be dating.

Can agree. In the Christian church the vetting process for a wife is that she has a Bible and is a girl. They push out attractiveness as a legitimate issue, or really any qualities that aren't 1) she is dedicated to her faith and 2) she is a woman. I have heard so many sermons that are solely that those are the only things that matter when looking for a spouse. It's all bologna.

Omega-3's are from plants. According to my Cellular Biology professor in a lecture two weeks ago, they are inconclusive on actually being beneficial compared to Omega-6's. The National Library of Medicine has a peer-reviewed article saying that they both reduce in inflammation of joints and are good for it. But the University of Maryland's Medicine department says that the studies are inconclusive for Omega-6's and joint repair. Source My coach always told us to use fish oil, that it'd help with…

Exercise physiology major here. Specializing in health and nutrition towards fitness. To help with your joints, go slow. Might need to slow down with adding weight. Going from 45 lbs to 230 lb squats in a year is really hard on your nerves and joints to jump that fast that quick. Your joints need time to grow us much as your muscles do. Taking Omega-6 oil will help with this. It's fish oil, studies are inconclusive about Omega-3 oils but Omega-6 and flakseed are where it's at. This'll help your …

Careful not to get an STI there in poly relationships. Some things you can't wear condoms for (molluscum, herpes). Typically most people I know who are in poly relationships aren't happy. I've been in two and neither of them made me feel content, secure or joyful. It can cause a lot of issues. Many plates > bad relationship Good relationship > many plates

Lol alright man. Sounds like you're taking TRP too seriously. We're not robots. I wake up, go to the gym. Go home walk my dog. Go to class. Go to work, come home and walk him. I love walking distance to class and the bars. So it's no sweat to go home and walk him / play with him for a bit. I take him with me to most social places too. Dogs love people. Actually my dog does love me. And shows the signs of affection and protection of me. There are a lot of traits in animals that we domesticate to look for as signs of love. I got a dog to help me get out more, socialize more. Serving him gives me more purpose. Disciplining him and keeping him healthy, exercised and clean definitely adds to my quality of life. Curbs loneliness that you can't just white knuckle. Makes me less needy. Helps me meet women too. Girls absolutely love him. I started swal…

I ask some of my plates to stay over. The other night one of my plates did but at 2am woke me up saying she couldn't sleep and was going to walk home (less than a mile). But I'm not going to let some cute 18 year old walk home at 2am. I drove her and she apologized profusely but I honestly didn't mind driving her home. I'd rather her be safe than not. Okay, let's try this with someone else. Sam Houston. Or Teddy Roosevelt. Amazing men. But I don't ever hear anyone talk about Houston's wife whom he divorced after a few months. I think commitment is good and I know a lot of women who want that. They really do. You just have to realize that if you crumble, they will leave. They are the first mate and you're the captain. Captain goes down with the ship, first mate leaves once the ship is sinking. Likewise, don't be afraid to go after a better opportunity if it presents itself because if Bradley Cooper asked her out tomorrow, she would most likely go after him and leave you. The point is to not avoid confrontation. Cutting the head off the snake, talking directly to him is a power move. It's a lot easier to talk directly than to shake around the issue.
/r/askTRP21/11/16 02:11 PM

Maybe. We don't know much about OP or this kid. I've often found that confronting situations like this head on have maybe a 50/50 chance of working out if you just talk to them like people. Not always, and I've had people get defensive and I'll just shrug it off. But worth the try rather than playing games like this antagonist would do.

/r/askTRP15/11/16 07:36 PM

It depends on what you define as cutting. He should be on a diet, for sure, but he needs to be eating enough to have energy and build muscle or else he is going to burn out quick. If I was OP, I'd still be eating 2-2.5g per # of bodyweight in carbs and protein a day, along with a gallon of water a day. Eating clean and gaining muscle will result in fat loss, but a major cut at first could result in the body going into starvation mode and would be clinging onto the fat.
/r/TheRedPill15/11/16 04:58 PM

You don't want to start cutting for a long time. Eat a healthy diet, start lifting with a beginner program like "strong lift 5x5" or starting strength. If you're really serious about this, hire a coach to help you train. Or ask a friend who works out if you can start working out with them. You've got balls for doing this. Just remember none of us care how much you weigh, but we do see if you're in the gym just playing on your phone or if you're actually there to work out. Leave your phone and he…

You can do this off 50$ a week except the protein shake. Just take whey protein for the day and casein at your last night time one. Basic meal can be six eggs. Or grill ck breast, rice and broccoli. Or grill fish / chicken with potato and salad. It doesn't have to be crazy expensive. Edit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-vP7KMd-I4 If you want it, youll find a way. You do you, but just not working out that leg is not going to help it recover. You'll need some form of physical therapy. If your leg is hurt from squatting, switch to primarily leg press or low impact on knee workouts for your legs. Hamstring curls, quad extensions at different variations. Heck you can almost workout your entire legs with variations on leg press alone.

You should check out Teddy Roosevelt's biography. As a kid he was terribly sick and had asthma. Doctors told him he'd never be able to be an athlete. He busted his ass working out and became Teddy Roosevelt. He was the oldest man in the D Day invasion. He led the rough riders. When his wife passed out he went and worked on a ranch in the west for years. The dude is a freaking man. And all his childhood was told he'd never amount to anything.
