So many red pills, I'm getting tired of red pills. I'm screaming "no, no more red pills!" but I keep getting redpilled!

Reagan's sentence from his A Time for Choosing speech "He [Kruschev] has told his people that when the time comes to deliver the final ultimatum that our surrender will be voluntarily because by that time we will have been weakened from within spiritually, morally, and economically" really resonates sometimes. Someone compiled the middle portion of the speech into a video titled We Must Fight that I put on sometimes on my way to/from work to remind me of what I work for and why, and why I believ…

This thread is good food for thought. I've fallen into the trap of solely blaming feminism, but a lot more makes sense now. It's kinda like discovering TRP for the first time and going "oh... ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..." Despite meeting my wife during my bluepill days, I think I managed to get a decent one. I have had multiple people, both related and not, tell me that they can see the love and adoration in her eyes when she looks at me. I accidentally managed to convince her that I'm an alpha, even t…

Brings a tear to my eye. I wish I had been so based, and I'll make sure my son learns from my mistakes.

Shaming only works if you let it. Think about it: if I called you an incel, but you know you aren't, then you'll just go "wtf?" and move on with your life instead of freaking out that someone called you an incel. You'd only freak out if you were trying your best to bluff that you're not an incel and someone called you out on it. It's the reason slut-shaming is so hated; if it didn't bother them, they wouldn't worry about it, but it very obviously does.

I think it's more that she felt entitled to those resources simply because she wanted them, but the fact that he's using them on another woman is certainly going to rub salt in the wound. I could have this entirely backwards, though.

Don't have any kids yet, but that thought is definitely on my mind. Good news is, if she were to ever pull something that on me, her family would beat the hell out of her, I wouldn't have to. EDIT: also, my best man is gay and no longer talks to me because he's a massive faggot SJW who couldn't stand losing an election, so there's that ;)

I don't think it was her/us not understanding my aunt's reaction as much as it seemed like my aunt was on the cusp of completely losing her shit and begging me to run off and marry her. It was that awkward, and I don't know that I can adequately explain it. I'm relatively new to the red pill in general and have zero familiarity with pick-up artistry, but it's almost like I negged her or something. And as I tell my wife, she's a wonderful woman, but she's still a woman. I think I got lucky and fo…

I'm a super late bloomer, that thanks to therapy at 32 I embarked on a much-needed journey of self-realization and maturity, that I was a timid insecure person until I broke off my engagement to a childish, emotionally unavailable man at 33, and that I put myself first for the first time in my life, and enjoyed it. That when I was 38 I fell in love with someone so deeply and he turned out to be a covert abuser who lied and cheated, and it took me almost a year to recover from it. Sweet baby Jesu…

They act like it is no big deal, but after a year or so are starting to get the LTR bug. It will be interesting to see how that works out for them. For most of them, it won't. I saw this firsthand visiting my family over Christmas break. My aunt is in her early 50s, divorced with two daughters, and objectively looks fine as hell for her age (plastic surgery is the 8th wonder of the world). She was bragging about how she has some 38 year old chiseled German engineer for a lover (gotta love wine m…

That's the one. As far as he's concerned, "illegals are Iowans with better food." Congrats on learning nothing from your daughter's death, I suppose. And I suppose you could forgive her for her naivete, as the saying goes "if you're not a liberal in your 20s you have no heart, if you're not a conservative in your 40s you have no brain." I guess I just never had a heart, similar to how her old man has no brain.

This is all true, but to be fair Mollie Tibbets is the epitome of "get woke, go broke." Then her old man hilariously doubled down on it.

This is really not helping my desire to have kids. I can't tell which I want less, a boy who will have to navigate this shitshow 20 years from now after it has gotten even worse, or a girl who I could do all the right things in raising and still end up on this sub. I watched it happen with my sister; raised the same way and with the same advantages and morals that I had, and she's a trashy nobody bartender who can't keep a job or a boy and lives in a dilapatated apartment she often can't make re…

I actually can't argue with this. I spend a lot of time browsing r/relationship_advice, and even though I've done some serious bluepilled betamax things in my earlier quest for strange (unsuccessfully, I might add), it doesn't hold a candle to some of the shit I see in there daily. I may not have any self-esteem, but I at least have self-respect, dammit.

All depends. I left my family and friends in NJ for a job at a defense contractor in AZ. I really wanted to be like my old man, to find that company where I really enjoyed the work and I spent my entire career (even if pensions are long gone). I spent five years there before I packed it up and moved on. While I'm grateful they gave me my start in the field, I could only take so many performance reviews of "you do excellent work and have excellent technical skills, but you don't do the work the d…

Because they don't know any better. We don't need to shame them, we need to educate them. Basic self-respect will get most of the job done from there. I posted this in another topic, but growing up my old man quoted the Rodney Dangerfield joke (apparently) that "she dated Guido, but she married Irving because Irving was a good provider." Without much context, I took that as an affirmation that nice guys don't finish last, and the joke would be on the jocks because I'd get the girl in the end. Th…

Does my anger shock and surprise you? It shouldn't. Meanwhile, in the real world, a guy who has been wronged by the fairer sex his entire life can't ever say anything negative about wahmen, lest he be forever branded a misogynist. But it's ok for single women to cry and scream and rant and rave about how all men are dogs and trash, he didn't deserve you anyway sweaty.

See, you're trying to do that thing where you pin responsibility for a woman's actions on a woman. That's a pretty grievous thought-crime. Like the TwoX topic that almost certainly inspired that one, where the woman says that she's a product of a cheating mother and how she's special because her daddy doesn't see her as a constant reminder of her betrayal, her grandfather told her that he's sorry that everyone is being tough on her (the child), but all of the blame for that lie solely at the mot…

Frankly I’ve made as many mistakes as her in life. After getting knocked down, rightly, enough times I realized the problem is me and I had to do better. Life is easier this way. That's because we don't rationalize our way out of everything. If you could, wouldn't you? Life is so much easier when you don't have to take responsibility for your failures.

She's knows what she wants and she isn't willing to settle. She can afford to be picky, even though her pool is currently empty! Does the hamster never tire of spinning?

My old man gave me similar "advice" when I was younger. He told me "she dated Guido, but she married Irving because Irving was a good provider." I took it as hope that nice guys don't finish last. When I finally realized it meant someone else got her hot and wild years and I would get the leftovers, I told him that was shitty advice. He said "son, that wasn't advice. It was a warning." Maybe this guy will get lucky and meet a decent one young like I did (famous last words), but my son won't make…

She does in a comment somewhere. She brought it up to him because "it had worked before." "He didn't have any reservations, I wouldn't have pushed! I wouldn't have messed around behind his back!" OP cried into her pillow. Nothing says "I love you and want to spend the rest of my life together with you" more than "thanks for the ring, hon, how about we sleep with other people?"
