Yeah, but the marxists still managed to gain high positions in the academies and began the work that laid the groundwork for our current situation. It took some time but not long after the war feministic movements gained alot of ground despite the militant position against marxism in the US, especially >1950. A part of why this was possible was the (male) casualties in the war (and the war itself) and how it affected the labor market (and with time the view on women's position in education). "Pe…

One of the most mind-fucking experiences I have had was about a year after divorce. Met a girl on a business trip, spent minimal time and energy on her, mostly messed with her. One week later she drove to my place (a 4 hour single trip) and we had some of the best sex I have had in my life. At the end of the weekend she said goodbye after cooking me a meal and cleaning up my kitchen. This was the second time I ever met her. Everytime we met after that she would clean, cook and fuck. She even pai…

so in fact, the feminist demands for emancipation were used to turn them into wage workers and consumers it was a two part process. Interesting point by Soral. I have not thought about the fact that feminism came to serve capitalist goals in the end, intended or unintended. For my own part I think this merits some further examination, especially since women make a majority of the consumer decisions today. Even if the World Wars were a strong driving force for getting women to start working (amon…

Same here. She did give some pretty solid Red Pill lessons, probably due to the fact that she came from the Mediterranean area. She also did damage by applying the textbook scenario from No More Mr Nice Guy - "don't be like your dad". However I have found her 2 most frequent lessons to be solid: Women are not friends like men are friends. Men are far more loyal. I heard this alot growing up, as a warning. Have male friends. Good women are comfortable in their roles as mothers Was still made into…

On point analysis. The demanding kinky sex part made me cringe. Not only is OP negotiating for sex and redacting his previous "bomb", imo he is whoring himself out to a manipulative woman. If you were not so hell-bent on putting sex on a pedestal you would have made your desire to leave her clear and gotten on with your life. Chances are she is 100% aware of your sexual needs. I mean, she have been using them against you (dead bedroom) and now you just continue to play her game. Keep working on …

I second this. If a woman precives you as high or even highish value she will sooner or later attempt to tie you down. I would see it as a compliment if anything. You did right to not budge.

In reality this law will have Little to no effect. It is motivated as a "normative" law ment to "send a message" to the population. It is also gender neutral, as far as I can see. If one is falsely accused one could simply make a similar claim. I did not consent to her actions. And as we all know, she will never seek your consent. It is nevertheless made in the wake of the metoo phenomena and made for the benefit of women, as I will explain later. It is an extremely problematic law, since it put…

There are many ways to overcome this. I had the same problem when I was younger. Given that you do not have dyslexia (which can be mitigated by simply reading alot) I would suggest the following: Set up sessions á 10 minutes per day (small progressive steps) Try speed-reading via a page like https://www.spreeder.com/ No More Mr Nice Guy is available as PDF, copy some text there and try it The way I improved my studies was to read up on neurology and cognitive science. I found that sometimes when…

If you are worried that you will miss out important parts I can recommend re-reading. You can also read reviews others wrote about the book to get some perspective. Another, but more advanced technique, is "getting to know" the author. Most people have their own distinct way of writing, this is true even for academic litterature. It usually takes me 100 pages or so to understand how someone structures the pages, after that the reading usually goes faster. Try looking for things like: Where does …

This was the case for me, before my economy stabilized and I could afford new gear. However, I was able to mitigate the problem by looking towards their eyes and not caring so much about their response (which was hard to see most of the time anyway).

Way back when I started studying I spent ALOT of time reading and memorizing things I read. Reading would occupy maybe half of my days. After a few years I developed new reading techniques which allowed me to read the same amount of pages in less than half of the time. When I studied for my master's degree at advanced level they required us to read, summerize and analyse books in every course I took. In the end I was able to summerize a 500 pages book in 3-4 days, studying only 2-4 hours a day. …

A beard goes a long way if you have a good growth. Otherwise you can compensate with your style and behaviour. People sometimes tell me I look young or "fresh" but they also usually think I am older than I am due to my personality. In the long run, you will be able to use this to your advantage, as /u/nebder pointed out.

The other day I read a local article by some feminist who complained about all the men she saw with "immigrant women" (I assume non-white). It would be interesting to get her feedback on this. I think multiculturalism and modern feminism might have gone hand in hand up to a point, since it would be impossible to incorporate it fully into the feministic discourse. Try pointing out that the feministic agenda in no way support most cultures because of how they have structured interaction between me…

"Failure to hold eye contact is a deep-seated issue; it’s not a technical one." Very true. If you think about it, eye-contact is one of the most ancient and fundamental ways of communicating, not only for humans. When I look people in the eye while walking I notice various responses. Some look back, some look away, some look back and smile, a few say "hi". Maybe one of the roots of this problem is fear of rejection? If you feel like shit inside, maybe someone not meeting your eye-contact can be …

Post divorce. Homeless, without cash, your standard scenario. Coming from a family where "Red Pill Truths" were indoctrinated since childhood (especially from my mother's many lessons on "how women are") I realized that it was I who had fucked up by not drawing a line sooner and being someone you could respect. I set on a mission to become the best man I could be. Fast forward a year or so, I was talking with a friend at a Pub about marriage, relationships etc, and he recommended this sub to me.…

For me, anger helped me to break free and start a new quest in life: To become the best man I could be. This was way before I even knew TRP existed. But with time anger was also toxic, inhibiting. One of the best things I have ever done was forgiving my ex wife for all the BS. Letting go made me feel enormously free, and it also helped me to appreciate the good parts of our relationship and ultimately let go of the past. Anger consumes alot of energy. Don't do what I did, don't make it a lifesty…

Ah, but was it worth three years of your life? I'm sure there is SOME benefit, but it has to be compared against the alternative uses for that time and money I forgot to mention where I am from higher education is free, my bad. I have a degree and have studied a total of maybe 6 years by now and I have no debt whatsoever. I try to stay sharp and take weekend courses at various unis. I absolutely think it was worth the time. In fact, I would argue that even somewhere where education is not free t…

I agree that no degree will change lack of ambition, introspection and maturity, but some are more likely to than others. I have never met a STEM graduate who put emphasis on how much his education made him grow as a person, I have met plenty of of graduates of psychology, philosophy, theology etc who have. Basically I think it is worth studying anything that promotes growth, whether you do it on an academic level or not. In my case my degree (or rather what I learned from my studies) helped me …

Not quite. I am just saying that a degree in STEM will not guarantee success in the field. Of course this is also true for liberal arts, but the nature of the STEM field is such that it does not focus on questions that tend to lead to exploration of your history, reason, thought and so on. However, Liberal Arts tend to. I think that skilled engineers will be skilled because they are curious people capable of "crunching" a technical problem until it is solved. Education can give you tools to do t…

I have a degree which could count as liberal arts (we don't have that term where I am from) and I work in STEM. I have found my studies to not only be useful in my life in general but also in my occupation. IMO when it comes to STEM the best workers are the ones who always had the interest. Most of the best engineers and programmers I have ever worked with had no formal STEM education. I think it's because of my education that I was able to excel in my line of work faster than most of my peers.

I would recommend you to read or listen to No More Mr Nice Guy for starters. It is available in all kinds of forms, book, pdf, mp3. I especially enjoy the audiobook because I can listen to it during work, when running or taking a walk.

Personally I don't lie. I have found it that women in that age group prefer men in their 30's, or maybe it's a common fetish or something. A few I dated even looked forward to my 30th birthday, saying that "the thought of being with someone in their 30's is hot". My brother is currently dating a girl 20 years younger than him. (He is in his early 40's). I find that you can spin most things to your advantage, as long as you have a playful attitude towards it. For instance, when my family found ou…

You are 19 years old, still a teenager. Meaning that you have alot of time to forge the life you want. Time is one of your biggest advantages right now. Take steps into improving your life, small steps, one at the time. When it comes to building your social circles it's been my experience that width, height and depth are all beneficial in the long run. What I mean with this is that short-sighted people can actually be fun to hang out with, but if they are the only ones you hang out with you are …

Running was a good way to challenge myself. In my case it was to help approve my overall condition and remedy various injuries. When I started I could barely run around the house, now I can do a 5k, and have no pain whatsoever when I walk. I also find that I need less sleep! Today there are many good apps that can help you to get into running by small incremental steps like Couch to 5k, Zombies, Run! 5K etc. It took me maybe 3x as long as it is supposed to until I could run a 5K, but 33%-speed p…

Engineer here. I agree with this 100%. I do not care if my engineers fuck up as long as they take responsibility for it. When I mess up I fix the shit I caused, even if that sometimes means that I work unpaid overtime. I don't have to do it but I have a sense of responsibility and honor. I have been called an idiot, incompetent and lazy. The reason I went from being a low level engineer to a mid-level boss in less than 2 years wasn't because I didn't make misstakes and did not fuck up, it was be…
