Strict carnivore. Usually 2 meals, sometimes just one. Meal one: 3 strips of bacon and 4 eggs. Meal two: 12oz ribeye and 3 eggs. Often times meal one will be 12oz ground beef (made into 3 patties) and 3 eggs. My eggs usually have raw (unpasteurized) cheddar cheese on top. I'll usually have some beef liver once or twice a week, and will also substitute meal ones meat with wild caught salmon or pasture raised pork once or twice a week.

Building roads was good. I think many entry level construction jobs would be the same, but building roads taught me I can accomplish anything. When you start work Thursday morning already on overtime, knowing you're gonna be slaving till sometime late Saturday. Working 60, 70 hours a week. Can't help but man up, physically and mentally.
