Just on my results, I think I can say that I'm not ugly and I don't turn people (I am bi so I have a decent sample size of both genders) off when I approach. Also I checked and apparently the median time for doing a 10k is 56-64 minutes for casual runners. I'm not one. I only use it to cross train. I started off in pretty great shape, so now I'm in okay shape. Two misunderstanding that you seem to have: 1) I do lift weights. Just not for hypertrophy. 13	A Simple, but effective Test Multiple reasons why your statement is wrong. 1) it's been shown that we (or people that know us) are bad judges of our looks. This is because people that know how you look will literally look at different features than strangers. Which is why strangers are the best sample when rating pictures. 2) Looks are weird.
