42	Men are more superficial about weight than women Body positivity / fat acceptance is mostly backed and supported by women -- after all, it's fat women who are shouting "big is beautiful" or some variation of it. There's not a need for many women to shame or complain about fat men because I think most men have a more realistic understanding of where they rank in terms of physical attraction.
