If aborting a child isn't killing them, then a miscarriage doesn't mean your child died.

I didn't say she didn't deserve it. I say excessive in that he probably could have gotten her without tackling. I don't expect him to. Funny how you assume virtue signaling.

He pushes her towards the bar which causes her to spin around and begin retreating. I think this is the motion of a takedown. He grabs her, stands up, and charges into the bar. This is part of the takedown IMO. I think he would have cuffed her standing if she didn't fall over.

I only disagree more. She gets pushed before she goes for the strike, so there is no way the officer pushing her away affects her movement after the strike. Everything after the strike is the takedown.

Where exactly is she clearly stepping away with her back turned? At 0:15 she strikes the officer and at 0:16 he is up and on her. She MIGHT be backing up for that half second but at no point is her back turned.

To be fair, if it were a completely different situation, we would have a completely different viewpoint. I highly doubt that lady didn't see the cop. Especially with the casual sizing up of the situation beforehand. Force was definitely excessive towards the lady (but hilarious). Edit: people really don't like the use of the word 'excessive.' It's excessive in hindsight, but absolutely to be expected if you hit a cop.

I believe that is the point, since the tests are the same.

You know, even if you were right, it would still be a sweeping generalization.

With all the visibility of transgender people, specifically with men identifying themselves as female, I wonder if they'll be afforded the same double-standard as women do... I'm sure such an incident is just around the corner... I'm waiting with bated breath. I want to see the fallout

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
