Shower them with compliments and tell them how hot they are. Almost kind of like begging to share that hotness with you, but do it from a high-status position. That always works for me.

I went on a date with a girl who was 19 a few years back. I could tell she was very shy and hadn't dated many men before. Just in talking to her I could see her get awkward and fidgety and hair twirly. Kind of like she wanted to give a good impression but was self sabotaging herself. I was 24 at the time.

That sucks bro. I used to be in the same spot. No More Mr. Nice Guy should be your bible Date more. As messed up as it sounds, get with girls that have lower self-esteem than you. It will help you think more highly of yourself. Consider seeing a therapist. Practice self-love & self-compassion. I like this audiobook (I found it on Spotify)

I know exactly what you mean. If you get overwhelmed, just interrupt and guide the topic your way. There is no expectation for you to pay attention. Most people are poor listeners. The fact that you even listen a bit is a huge boon and reward for her. She can cluck to her fellow hens about her problems. You're not there to be another hen. Talk about what you wanna talk about.

Minimize alone time. If you need to use your computer to do work, go to a public place like a library or coffee shop. Find some hobbies that keep you busy.

How do you interact with other high status guys? I could've written your post OP. What's been helping me is spending more time with guys doing guy things. Once you become a leader of men, someone that commands the respect of other high value males, you'll become alpha. Embrace the idea that you provide value. You create and give value to others. Others want to be in a relationship with you because you provide value. Once you accept that you are capable of giving value, it will feel less weird wh…

That's a good attitude, and aligns with my own. I said you were a victim. You are definitely not anymore. You cannot play the card you could when you were a helpless child. You're an adult now, and are responsible for getting your own shit under control. No one gives two shits about what happened to us in the past. No one helped me either, I had to do it all on my own. We were "victims" long ago. Now we are survivors and overcomers. We have no one but ourselves to blame for what we choose to do …

You were a victim of parentification, like I was. I also had an intelligent, needy, confrontational, friend-less, manipulative older mother and a sister, while my father was largely absent. I also was manipulated into being her emotional tampon. I also became a good, stand-up guy, and didn't engage with girls a lot in college despite a lot of attention. It's because our mothers fucked us up and our ability to bond. But there are ways to heal and you are fortunate enough to have discovered TRP. T…

That is the closest reference I have as a guy to understanding how truly annoying beta males appear to women. There is nothing more annoying than watching a football game with a girl. She's constantly overreacting to every play call, sometimes guessing wrong and giving the wrong reaction, sometimes waiting for other people to react first and then giving an exaggerated reaction herself to fit in, talking about shit completely irrelevant to the current play, cursing, etc. Watching sports is a male…

I got your message and thought it was well-crafted. Kudos. It's kind of like how women don't know or give two shits about football, but will somehow become a die-hard Packers or Cowboys fan to be able to "hang with the boys". The messages of TRP may seem confusing and nonsensical to women, but not any more than football is confusing and nonsensical to them. If you have a crew of high-value TRP-preaching men, you can bet your last dollar that the next girl they meet will be preaching praises abou…

This is a constant worry that I have too. I'm not convinced by other's responses on here that men are somehow immune to the effects of a casual hookup lifestyle. I think we end up having problems committing and end up more prone to cheating as well. I think Hollywood/athlete culture is a huge testament to this. Is monogamy/marriage the way to go though? That's a separate question...but I do think it's crucial to raise well-adjusted children.

It sucks but you really can't show weakness. It puts you in a vulnerable, child stature which women find unattractive because they are the ones who want to be children and be taken care of. A therapist, or a support group, or a really close friend might be better options. But it's best to be mysterious and tight lipped about it around girls.

Interesting, I had a similar thing happen recently. At bars it's usually the other person starting shit. I was at a bar the other day for a coworker's b-day and I was a little bored so I had a personal challenge that night for how many girls I could get to feel my forearm haha. I went up to two cute girls and got one of them to touch my forearm. I didn't realize her boyfriend was standing right there. He started getting tough with me. I told him it was all good, I was just talking to her. He sta…

You seemed to have gotten a bunch of people's panties all bunched up on here, so consider it a job well done. Accepting yourself is a balance. I accept that I have flaws. I also accept that I am able to work on those flaws and improve them. Acceptance need not herald complacency, it just means there's no need to get stressed out and anxious over stupid shit. Solid post.

I appreciate the work you put into this, but this is really way too simplistic. Alpha is more than just a couple bullets to follow. Alpha means if it comes down mano to mano where you and I have the same need and only one of us can get it fulfilled, who will win out? Who will submit and respect the other while the other gets the need met? If only one can win out, who does? Is one of us able to intimidate the other first? If not, it come down to a fight...if it does, who wins? At the bare essenti…

I guess I'll be the one to go against the grain here. Tyler definitely has some really cool insights and a logical understanding of concepts, but I still feel like he is too "in his head" to be RP. He strikes me as high energy, loud, and bold, but I do not really get the calm, secure, and strong vibe from him. Watching him at work makes me feel a bit jittery and cringey instead of calm, ya know? I still respect the dude, but there's something about him that's a bit off. A bit of a "try hard"-nes…

Think of it this way. All it means is needing help, and asking for it. Your post is a perfect example. You wanted help about how to reach out to safe people, so you made a post. A bunch of people including me have responded back and given you ideas and support. You're already doing it correctly.

Are you me? Also height doesn't matter that much. I don't get much more action than you and am 5'7" but everyone (mostly girls actually) is floored when I tell them I don't have a girlfriend. But I fall into the trap OP mentions where I keep improving myself and become higher value but don't do the simple damn thing of just asking a girl out.

This is the heart of TRP. OP's list seems like a lot of superficial, validation-seeking things. Not that there is anything wrong with some of them, but they aren't what this sub is about.

The difference is that gladiator games had forced participation (slaves, etc.) and the predicted outcome was knowingly death. That is definitely exploitation. Giving people the choice to pursue sports with their own volition and compensating them considerably well is not even close to similar. I do agree that the NFL is ridiculously unsafe, with concussions, knees blowing out, etc. happening almost every week. But that is a risk known to those participating. Driving a car can cause me injury too…
