It's well worth it. Saw his most recent special, where he did this joke, a few months ago and he had the whole room in tears for an hour an a half. And not one joke was receycled from previous material. Also, he really seems to be bringing out his best shit against feminism/SJW's in this recent show. Hope he keeps it up for years to come.

I find there is a mental aspect to it as well. When I first tried the alt grip, I was gunning for 275 which I could absolutely not even get off the floor with overhand. I tried switching to alt, I pulled it right up. Your brain just says, 'nope, not lifting that' when using overhand sometimes.

I was stalling at 245 and a guy at the gym recommended using alt grip. Bam! Started adding weight again. I will switch back to overhand with lower weights but when I am going for a PR, I use alt grip.

My approach is to pause, smile and continue the conversation, letting her know I am aware of what she is trying to do and that I am not going to feed into it. I have also tried calling them on it but you basically just get the same old line, "No I wasn't" BS.

Plus I'm a book nerd that likes learning new words Check out the book, Might is Right by Ragnar Redbeard. The author has such a mastery of the english language. I am constantly having to stop and look up words that I could have sworn do not exist in the English language. Plus, it is definitely Red Pill related.
