You're overdoing it. Ideal balance for maintaining attraction is about 85% alpha/DGAF and 15% nice guy. Doing beta shit reduces attraction but it's not all about attraction, if you want sustainability. You need push pull. Think of it like an alloy, you don't make steel out of just iron, you need some carbon in there as well.
