I have a question. Everybody around here knows and keeps repeating "your confidence is the most important thing you can possibly have". And that's definitely true. But nobody ever explains how to build it up to sky levels. We have tons and tons of info on what to say to girls in any given situation,how to move,how to anything. So why don't we have a serious discussion regarding the single most important part of it all,confidence?

I lift weights 4 times a week. If you're seriously fat,MAYBE you could notice some difference after only 2 weeks. But if you're trying to gain muscle and get defined,there's no fucking way in hell that you will notice some change in such short period of time,unless you're juicing it up.
