You literally said they should outlaw abortion because men have to pay child support. How the hell is it being forced to pay when you impregnate someone? Id say the definition of backwards is how anything in this state is run. Old discrimination laws getting abolished here and federally. No funding to education, no funding to medicare, trying to make it a criminal act to get an abortion as if the men who run this state should have a say. Boy you don't live here do you? We don't even have paid maternity leave. You can also be fired for any reason you want. Also our education system is broke as fuck for decades. The sentence makes sense. If they can't prove rape, it doesn't mean it didn't happen bud. This goes for a fuckload of cases in court. It can punish victims because they are incorporating bot proving someone raped someone as that means they can charge someone for lying about an accusation. Thus making people less likely to come forward.
