I do agree with the poster in that some men (more than women) spread their legs farther than than needed as a sort of 'power' stance but I've never seen it become a problem, certainly not to the extent that they need posters about it.

That's not often how it works. Just like she would need proof beyond a reasonable doubt to convict him, he would need proof beyond a reasonable doubt to convict her. And it's more difficult to prove that someone is deliberately defaming you than it is to not be proven guilty of rape.
Why wouldn't the other person come to the police anyway? The system right now is bias toward celebrities and important people who are covered on the news when they are accused. Then other "victims" have the incentive to come forward, no matter how bogus their allegations are, just for the fame.
I don't understand your argument. That's why we have one phone call, so you can let your family know where you are. It's not like your family checks the papers everyday to see if you're in jail or not right now.
