Valid point, however, pro-life people do actually have a history of attacking and killing abortion providers/ clinics and women who get abortions. To me, her comments (if taken at face-value) are so obviously sarcastic that they don't hold much merit.

Well, we live in a post-satire world where the "crazy" is now reality. That being said, we don't know much about this person, the context to her post, or the context of her normal posts. At face value, yes, it's a horrible thing to say. I naturally operate from a stance of satire and hyperbole and sarcasm, so I view her post as sarcastic - others obviously don't.

Most academic/social fields have opposing theories. You cannot paint an entire field of study based on one internal viewpoint. I would recommend you look into Bell Hooks, who teaches at Stanford. And there are plenty of instances that get posted on this site congratulating women/celebrities/politicians when calling out views and policies that are damaging to men/boys.

$60K is plenty enough for her to get an apartment, pay for necessities, and go to college in order to start a career to actually support herself. I agree!! I live in Portland and the articles coming out on this guy are crazy. At first I believed him and supported him, but as more and more people explained what really happened the less I supported him. It's a shame that his correct views on rape statistics are now associated with his generally crazy statements and diatribes.

weird. I've been to PP for all my testing and I've never had a problem. I've always had a doctor or NP do the exam and everyone has always been really nice there, including fellow patients. Maybe you were imagining the glares? Even so, the doctor and technician all seemed to act unprofessionally. Just go get tested at your GP or Internalist. I think Urgent Care places might do testing also.

Get The Fuck Out. I dealt with a situation extremely similar, including the abuse on her against me, and the "slap" to the back of the head after months of having to deal with this. There's nothing you can do. So much damage has been done to your relationship that it would most likely never fully recover and be healed up. There's issues with her parents.
