Bowie (the only Goblin King in my book) once reached a point where he was 97 pounds at 5'11". So he wouldn't really have muscle mass, but he'd be defined as all shit because there's no room for fat.

I don't think the point is that they're wrong or bad (though it can be implied, since they're exerting some kind of male fantasy over the entire market), it's that the unrealistic men in video games are for the benefit of men, just like the unrealistic women in video games are for the benefit of men. Developing cancer doesn't relate gender inequality, but things like awareness and funding could be argued to do so. I agree the stats don't belong because it's not as if prostate cancer and breast cancer are equally common or equally deadly, but that doesn't mean there aren't women's/men's rights aspects in terms of how they're treated by the media.

I wouldn't call it "shameful" or "lame," but it definitely isn't as easy to promote as breast cancer awareness. If they advertised licking yogurt lids to fight prostate cancer, plenty of people would cringe.
