I'm really sorry man. It looks like you got the short end of the social circle. Find someone you value highly. Could be a professor, an instructor, a co-worker. Find out what they do for hobbies. Worst case, you might have to find a less toxic environment to meet people.

My recommendation for next time: go get 3 rejections before you even start. Be outlandish, use Kino, act drunk if you have to. Don't show shame. You can approach 3 HB10s if you want, just get rejected. The rest of your night will go so much easier once you get yourself talking to women and the rejections take away the pressure.

This guy seems like a dick, rather than a pickup artist. if you let him treat you like a booty call, get used to being a booty call. If you want to keep him around, be more supportive. Offer to cook him dinner, give him a back massage. Bring him to see a game. Tell him it's to thank him for the wonderful sex. But if he isn't showing you he's a worthwhile guy, he isn't a very good PAU.

Alpha is confidence. A lot of people are near average in the looks department. If you hold yourself like you're the best damn racehorse the Kentucky Derby ever saw, women will respect you and be attracted. Alpha behavior is also about self improvement.
